Nope, the walnut cake was shop bought. I am sat here contemplating making a banana loaf :hmm: .....

I had the walnut cake before the toast, so can't even blame the toast for that one! haha x

Nope, I made vanilla cupcakes with fresh strawberry buttercream and coconut oat biscuits.

I have had one of each but put the recipes into mfp so worked out the cals.

300 over for today :eek:

The taste yummy too! The biscuits though are 159calories each!!! :eek: ... I never realised just how high in calories desicated coconut was untill just now!!
 
Wowzers that is a lot of cals for one biccie, enjoy em while u can cos I bet u don't bake em again for a while! :) x
 
They are rather large though so thats probably another reason! :giggle:
 
I know I've said it before but it's amazing you can do as well as you do on maintaining when you are such a dab hand at the fancy foods. How do you resist gobbling the lot?? Well done.
 
LOL!! I can resist gobbling the lot easy enough - no time, the family & bf always snap everything up!!!!!! but standard procedure got to have one or two though! :p hehe

Yay and well done on the lb Tanya, so pleased for you girl. Hope the holiday blues have gone now, it sure takes some shifting, I know the feeling too well.

Glad you had a great holiday Tanya. Well done for only adding on a 1lb. Fantastic!! I bet you were so relieved seeing that result. You can knock off those other 7lbs easy in time for your next holiday. Glad you're back into your running so easily too, knew you wouldn't have a problem with that.

I am here don't worry! :) I've just been quite busy this weekend. I've had an absolute blast!! .. except falling over on saturday night, twice and landing on the same knee, twice!!!!!!!!! :mad:

Counting cals didnt happen but I shall log what I ate and drank ....

Saturday 16th July

B- white baguette with turky & ham in (basically lunch lol)

*1/3rd of a snickers
*coconut oat biscuit
*choc chip muffin

D- at the ball .... starter of baked brie with chorizo and bread

main - salmon in a creamy sauce, roast pots, carrots & green beans

desert - mixed fruit plate

*2bottles of wine
*magarita
*glass of champers
*glass of pimms

Sunday 17th July

B- bacon & egg wm sandwich

*3slices home made quiche
*slices of turkey & ham
*a buger (without the bap!)
*salted peanuts

*gin & d.lemonades
*magarita
*1/2 bottle rose
*vodka & d.cokes
*glass of red wine

Monday 18th July

B- carvery!!! turkey, gammon, sweetcorn, stuffing ball, peas, carrots, 2roast pots, cranberry jelly, gravy

*chocolate cheesecake

*10doritos with salsa dip
*30 red grapes

L/D- tuna elf mayo sandwich

lol I say it as breakfast as I was up for a couple of hours but didnt eat anything and that was the first thing I ate today :giggle:

Oh I forgot about the ball!! Glad you had a fab time. Pity about falling on the bad knee by I'm sure drink numbed the pain a little!!
Now the festivities are over you can get back to counting cals.
 
Hell yes - I meant to ask about the knee - it wasn't the 'bad' one was it? :( xx
