I've just been quite busy this weekend. I've had an absolute blast!! .. except falling over on saturday night, twice and landing on the same knee, twice!!!!!!!!!
Counting cals didnt happen but I shall log what I ate and drank ....
Saturday 16th July
B- white baguette with turky & ham in (basically lunch lol)
*1/3rd of a snickers
*coconut oat biscuit
*choc chip muffin
D- at the ball .... starter of baked brie with chorizo and bread
main - salmon in a creamy sauce, roast pots, carrots & green beans
desert - mixed fruit plate
*2bottles of wine
*magarita
*glass of champers
*glass of pimms
Sunday 17th July
B- bacon & egg wm sandwich
*3slices home made quiche
*slices of turkey & ham
*a buger (without the bap!)
*salted peanuts
*gin & d.lemonades
*magarita
*1/2 bottle rose
*vodka & d.cokes
*glass of red wine
Monday 18th July
B- carvery!!! turkey, gammon, sweetcorn, stuffing ball, peas, carrots, 2roast pots, cranberry jelly, gravy
*chocolate cheesecake
*10doritos with salsa dip
*30 red grapes
L/D- tuna elf mayo sandwich
