Yup loved the circuits again today. Something different again too - 20 different stations spread out over 5 colums when the whistle blows move a station etc. Doing planks, weights, shoulder bars, star jumps etc etc and the the 6th colum was running.

I have really hurt my ankle now though. It was dodgy from the weekend (could have been the heels I wore out who knows) but run yesterday wasnt too good and today towards the end of the class it was beginning to hurt. It feels like its been pulled, iykwim.

Didnt wear my bmr & watch it kept beeping and me and i got frustrated with it :rolleyes:

Last week said I burnt 350 so i'll go with that again. Although I am certain its alot more. The sweat was litterally dripping off of me - not a good look! lol
 
Yeah Tan, top marks for resisting the donut. Being good can give you a great buzz sometimes.
 
Oooo sorry about your ankle :eek:, you'd better watch that, hope it soon improves.

I hope so too Jan. Not planning on running on friday im going to give it a rest but if its better then I will run.

I just feel so bad, if I dont run that'll mean only 3.5miles run in the legs this week! Not good when i've got a 10k in 8weeks time and a holiday in between! :eek:

Must say I might be lazy but I couldn't cope with all the mental stress and worry serious exercising seems to bring! (Or maybe that's just another excuse ;)) xx

 
I think the mental stress is the worst part of it!!

I might have resisted the donut but I havnt resisted the box of dairy box my littler brother has just bought home.

I had two then checked out the calories saw it was 152 for 3 chocolates so had another :doh: idiot!

Still under my cals for the day but its beside the point really! :eek:
 
Only a dieter's logic - the third chocolate!! That's hysterical - John & I have had a good laugh .. it's so true!! :D:D:D

The other part of our crazy logic is that you probably felt you deserved those chocs coz you'd resisted the doughnut!! :) :eek: xx

Had my raiders & eat natural bar but still I'm hungry! The belly won't stop rumbling :sigh:
 
I didn't eat anything else last night, despite my rumbling belly! Woke up today v.hungry though!

The date for the 10k race has changed from oct 2nd to the 6th november. Good for me, means more crappy weather; rain & cold which I love to run in and longer to train for it! :)

It's good you have a couple of weeks more for training. Running in the cold is easier too. How's the ankle?
 
Yup with those extra 5weeks I'm sure I can get that 1hr10 I desperatly want to finish in!

The ankle is still sore. I'm really not sure how I've done it I don't remember twisting it or anything on sat so I'm lost lol x
 
Oh I guess it's the lot of a runner to get times when they are injury prone! Hopefully, thus will be your lot and you'll be fine from now on.

Yep loving the change of date :) don't feel so guilty about not running tomorrow now!

Got called into work early tonight so munched a v.ripe nectarine (yum) before I left & brang my yog to have on my meal break with my other bits. Oh and pinched a stick of stevies kit Kat ;) (wi tomo, might regret that!!) x
 
Happy to report a 0.75lb loss this week :) despite the weekends alcohol antics!! This weekend i'm working 2x 10hour shifts, odd hours so no time for drinkies after so that should keep me in check, along with only taking my packed lunch with me should be an ok weekend food & drink wise :)

So hopefully next week (which will be a thursday weigh in as up early friday in prep for my 5days off ;)) i'll get atleast a whole lb off!!

Just over 3weeks till my hol and 3lbs to lose to take me to 12st7 :fingerscrossed: but with the celebrations I have coming up I can't see it! :rolleyes:

Oh yeah no run today the ankle is still no better. Think I've figured out why! I'm over stretching in the car when putting the clutch in!!! :doh: noticed it earlier when I went to pick my friend up so moved the seat closer and was ok for the rest if the journey :)

Haha yep I blame my littler brother for having long legs! I couldn't have been pulling the chair forward enough!! :doh: x
