But thats just it, i'm going down to the bare minimum (1000cals less than what my bmr is) i know its only 40cals but still. And the days I run I don't count those cals burned so thats an even bigger defecit and im guessing over the course of the week it can't be good :hmm:
 
Ok yeah that way doesn't sound too good! What about a boiled egg for work?
 
I'll see how I feel. I feel like there's alot of food here today but the cals aren't that much.

Think I might sit down later & plan all my meals for the week :)
 
Got called into work early :D I hate the place but in desperate need of the toil!

So i've added gravy to my veg with lunch so that makes up for the missing cals and will take everything else to have during my 8hours in the hell hole! ;)

I wish I knew why it happened every so often too!!!!!!!

You'll get those pounds off in 12 weeks especially if you plan your meals ahead because that really seems to work for you and you are good at that. You'll get there!
 
Good point about planning your meals again Tan. You always used to do that and do really well with it. Hope the shift wasn't too bad x
 
Yup, you are all right, I do work better from a plan! :) So here it is; Calories everyday look ok so feel much better about it all. Will work out the plan from sunday in a few days.

Except for some reason i've munched a dairylea triangle, a slice of ham & a foxs butter biscuit :eek: :mad:

Think its cuz ive left my lunch alot later today, only 15mins till its done but i've added in some cloves of garlic to roast with the med veg - should be delish! :drool:

Todays run was rubbish. Well, I say rubbish, it was still about 4miles in the legs but I was very wary of my tattoo. I clingfilmed it like told to but it restricted my foot and I had to stop twice to sort it and then in the end it moved anyway so my tattoo was touching the sock. Thankfully its healed really well and even though there was pressure against it, was hot, none of the ink came out so might leave the cling film off tomorrow.

It was also soooooooooo hot here today! The sweat was litterally dripping off of me - arms, legs, face, head, you name it! lol Not going to get down though, tomorrow is another day. I'm going to be nicely fueled from the food I have today.

Change to the dinner as lately i've been getting hungry around the 5am mark and its making me want to eat when I get home and then I wake up soooo hungry so .... im going to have 3 things to take with me to work to enable me to have one thing over 3 breaks (2:00, 3:10 & 4:10) so hopefully I wont get this stupid hunger. Today i'm having 1/2 tin of tuna in a pot, 1/2 in a slice of bread and an apple. Hopefully this will work and its still keeping me under 1,400 cals. So off to change the plan around a bit now (edit, plan updated ;))

I think you're a star for doing ANY running in the heat!!! Glad the tat stood up to it :)

My daughter has had to pull out of the Liverpool Marathon as she's got a hip injury :( ... wants to get it right to train properly for London so isn't going to risk making it worse by doing Liverpool.

Your food is looking great :) xx
 
It was very hot down here yesterday, you're right! It was lovely walking in after work, lovely and warm, just like it should be! I don't know how you ran in it though.
 
Oh no Jan!! :( I hope her hip gets better soon! Bet she feels rubbish having to pull out though!

Today I decided I wasn't going to do B210k and I was just going to run. I looked up my stats and saw my 3miler PB was 33:37 so I thought i'd go for that. Ran it well, had 2 little stops, felt strong, the legs were a little tired but nothing I couldnt run through and managed it in 34:06 ... 30seconds too slow! But next time i'm going to run that 3miler will be the week before my 10k race and I am going to beat my PB! :D Running that pace will mean i'll get my 10k in 1:10:37 .... need to get that down my 38seconds at least!

Having food later in the night defo helped last night so that'll be the plan from now on.

Edit: Had to change lunch as the one pot I made was massive and will easily do 3 meals so had 1/3rd instead of half :)

Mmmmm that one pot sounds delish! nom nom! ;)

I think you did that run in a really good time! Don't forget the break you had from running - you can't expect to pick straight back up to the same speeds/times! I think you're doing brilliantly :) xx
 
Yeah it was delish! I added some basil so even more yummo!!

I'm pleased with my run today & felt great after it. Nice to have that feeling when the day before was rubbish! Xx
 
Shift tonight :D Love working these shifts on a saturday night and i'm working with a great regular section & I can't wait to start! 8pm can't come quick enough! haha

Confession!!! ...... I munched 1/3rd of a pasty when I got home this morning!!! :O My dad bought it yesterday for me, I said thanks etc but intended on not having it and letting Stevie have it but it got the better of me :mad: poop!! (Incase you're wondering, Stevie had the rest except for a little bit which i'm sure Stevie or the dog will have later on!;))
