Work was hell. On my own all week as the two people I sit with are on holiday :(

Totm is immenient!!! :( i'm sleeping for hours and all I want to eat is chocolate & crisps! I'm hoping its just the 'feeling' of it and it wont actually happen but who knows! Buuuuuuuuuuuut weigh in tomorrow!! :fingerscrossed:

Todays run was fab! again :D managed the first 17mins no stops, 2nd 17mins one stop at the 5minute mark then set off again at the 6min mark and didnt stop again untill the scheduled 1min walk at 17mins. I felt very strong & focused during the second run and the 3rd run I had 1stop of about 30seconds as I changed the music then accidently stopped the app! oops! lol But felt strong & focused today :)

Thursday 6th October (run)

Now you know what it's like for me every night in work kid ;) Though to be fair I quite like it.

Jenna has been thinking she would run the marathon on Sunday as her hip's been fine but it started twinging again today so it might be off again. :( xx
 
Oh Jan, i'm not sure how you can stand your whole night on your own - i'd be so bored!!

Awww I guess Jenna's guna have to make the call on sunday morning! What time is the start? x
 
LOL! I like it and I'm so used to it anyway :)

It's a 9.30 start. She's gonna have to decide before than as she's supposed to be running with DIL who won't do it on her own. Neither of them are fully trained but DIL is much worse than Jen, I don't think she'll mind not doing it! x
 
I work on my own and it sucks :( so I feel your pain hun!

Weigh in today and 10days ago I weighed 12st 11lbs and today I weigh 12st 7.75lbs !!! :D So a loss of 3.25lbs! :party0049: v.pleased with that. Next weigh in will be in another 2 weeks time. Feel at the moment this is a little better for me and I have a heavy weekend this weekend with alcohol saturday and out for a meal sunday. If it carries on like this I wont need to go to back to a vlcd. Oh, and totm arrived today too :( Got 11.75lbs now to lose in 11 weeks :fingerscrossed:

Run today is going to be a timed 3 miler. Not going for a PB i'll save that for another time but i've been listening to alot of running podcasts lately in work and all of them say that speed runs are important. So, because I feel comfortable with my 17minute runs its an ideal time to put a speed run in. (ramble ramble sorry! :p) i'll just go straight onto B210k week 4 next week.

Friday 7th October

3mile run 32:07 (new PB!)

Edit: took 2 mouthfulls of the turkey hot pot soup, bland so the dogs had it. Did a chicken curry big soup, had about 1/2 then had enough of that too. Sticking with minted lamb in future. I did eat the bread roll though ;)

Todays run was AMAZING - its worthy of another post lol

I set out for a 3mile speed run. Not intending to break my PB time just wanted an improvement on last weeks time (34:06) ....

So, I get to the 1/2 way point and i'm on 16mins dead on, I thought hmm ok I could be on for a PB here (my PB was 33:07 that was when i was in training for the 1/2) so I went for it and bloody well got it!! :D :D :D

Todays 3miler time was 32:07 :D
Smashed my PB by 1min30seconds and an improvement of 1min59seconds from last week.

This has made me happier than losing 3.25lbs .... who'd have thought that!! :p

Thanks Jan :) I was ecstatic. I knew I was guna get that PB when I got to a certain point that took me 5mins to get there but I still had 8mins to get home.

I'm still buzzing now! :D

It's great things are going my way, fingers crossed they continue to! X
 
Have probably just undone my hard work ..... tin of heroe's went around the team last night so I took a cadbury caramel, shoved it in my bag and intended on putting it in the fridge for a later date. Forgot, saw it in there tonight and munched it!

Then, just now after getting home i've munched 2 slices of ham with pickle, 20pringle crisps and 2 squares of dairy milk truffle :doh:

Thats it, drawing a line, no more picking. Only 8lbs to go untill i'm back in the 11s and I wont get there picking like this!

Got a leaving do tonight. Girl I used to work with is joining the Army! Im going to have a bottle of wine here watching strictly then go and show my face for one or two drinks then home as i've got to start work at 8am tomorrow.
Been a bit too carb heavy today! Must watch that.

Lol!!!!! Probably a good idea not to run. London will be here before they know it and they don't want to risk anything for that one :)

Yes, strictly has taken over this year. I've watched about 30mins of xfactor and not liking it but no doubt I'll be hooked towards the end! Lol xx
 
Fab news all round Tan :) Agree about X factor- the judges are good but it is becoming more about silly entertainment than actual singing talent!
