You were reading my mind mary! I think i might cut the bread rolls too and use the oatcakes i have in my drawer. Might write up my menu for the next few days now that im guna be up all night! :giggle:

Just worked out my bmr thingy ... 2351cals to maintain :eek: No way!!!!!! Can't be lol So that says reduce by 500cals minimum to lose weight so 1800cals a day. I think if i aim for that on run days and maybe 1500/600 on non run days..... ok now whos waffling :rolleyes: sorry lol
 
Great idea Tanya. Have you ever tried Ryvita?...........I replace bread with Ryvita and you soon get used to it. You get such a variety in it too. I love the one with sesame seeds and the dark rye.
 
I think that sounds about right tbh .... you are VERY active and VERY young (b**ch ;)) so you should be able to eat loads!! Hateful as that will make you to the rest of us oldies - nevertheless it IS true ;) xxx
 
LOL i have had ryvita i might get some tomorrow - i like the mini sour cream and chives ones :p

You reckon thats right do ya Jan? It seems like hell of a lot a calories just to maintain but seems about right to lose :)

Found 3 running clubs here in Plymouth but all have fees to pay :( The tamar trotters are across the bridge into saltash which is just too far.

Munched a packet of crisps earlier. Wasnt hungry so probably cuz I had it in my mind I wasnt weighing untill friday.

Only giving myself 4days worth of the slush fund as im guna weigh in on friday.

He had his first driving lesson - loved it he said!

The bf has been spewing his guts up all afternoon. This is serious for him, he has had 1 day off sick from work in the whole 7yearsish he has worked there. I too am now feeling dodgy and havnt eaten anything since i got up at 5, not even the alpen bar i planned on having before heading to training.

Im thinking it was something we both ate yesterday at the meal?

Oh Tanya, hope that tummy bug clears pretty quickly. Keep sipping water and 7Up as it has salt in it and you will need it if you are vomitting. Well done on the running times. You are really taking it all in your stride.
 
:( I still feel so sick. I hate this feeling I'd rather be spewing my guts up. Drinking water makes me feel worse. Just looking at my brothers birthday cake earlier made me gag. I am in work though. Poor Stevie only just got to sleep before I left. I've ne'er seen him this bad!! X

I feel better but still sick I think mine is because I still havnt been properly to the toilet - sorry of tmi. I'm getting the pains like it & then the sick feeling.

I'm not going for a run today. Feel very guilty but I'll only get 2in this week now :( I'm still not hungry and still havnt eaten anything but I'll have to later especially if I plan on running tomo.

Stevie still isn't good, I don't think he knows what to do he's never been this I'll before lol
 
Don't go feeling guilty about not being able to run Tanya, there's no way you can! Has bf been able to sip water? Maybe try something like Dioralyte to reply minerals etc, always perks you up a bit. Hope you both feel better soon. Poor you!
 
Hey, take it easy, you don't have to run when you don't feel well! Put your feet up and chill x
