You were reading my mind mary! I think i might cut the bread rolls too and use the oatcakes i have in my drawer. Might write up my menu for the next few days now that im guna be up all night! :giggle:

No way!!!!!! Can't be lol So that says reduce by 500cals minimum to lose weight so 1800cals a day. I think if i aim for that on run days and maybe 1500/600 on non run days..... ok now whos waffling
