♥ ~ Tanya's Maintainence Diary ~ Year 2 ~♥

Not only do you not have to run when you don't feel well - you really shouldn't! Always listen to your body babe! And yes, make sure Stevie is keeping his fluids up! xx

Stevie has gone home to his now.

I've got mum boiling up some eggs for me I thought protein might be a good idea. Might try a boiled egg sarnie when o get home in a bit. I guess I'm not guna get any movement not eating am I lol

Tuesday 1st Feb

*1/2 wm bagel 2 boiled eggs & salad cream.
*95g bag kids mix
*200ml apple juice

I was hungry when i got home from training but managed 1/2 the bagel and that was me done. I've managed 1/2 pint of dilutable orange squash too.

I am tempted by the birthday cake though ;) must be getting better! LOL If no significant movement tomorrow i'm going to take a laxative. I cannot go on like this :(

Glad you've managed something - you sound like you may be on the up :D ... Nothing wrong with takng a laxative now and again - as long as it IS only now and again ;) xx

Ive been trying to avoid it Jan. Last time i took a ducolax & i had cold sweats, dizzyness & massive stomach cramps - it was horrendous and scared the sh*t out me as i was home alone.

The sicky feeling has gone now though :)

scared the sh*t out me

worked then!! :giggle:

Ah sorry - that sounds awful - I'd try a different brand if I were you - senokot or something? But maybe you let it go on too long? Make sure you're not on your own this time - just in case  xxx

Glad the sicky feeling has gone - I HATE that!! :( xx

worked then!! :giggle:

ahahah yes, litterally! :p

Am off to asda before work so i'm guna pick up some less stronger stuff than ducolax. Yep, i did let it go on too long. But im not regular anyhow so thought i'd have atleast gone by the weekend which is usually what happens. I wonder what it was that has done this? I think the only things ive had differently this week is the powerade drinks & a kiwi fruit

Am still thinking about the damn chocolate cake in the fridge though!!

Could be lack of alcohol you know ... seriously ... I'm not saying you should have some but it does keep some people 'regular' so you may have to allow for that change in your intake xx

Pmsl ... nice one!

Tanya - lactulose solution is tithe best I think! Good luck x

Tanya, glad to see you are a little better. Appetite coming back is a good sign. Take care of yourself for a few days.

Lactulose is good to keep you going once you get going - but it's only a softener not a laxative - I think perhaps something's needed to get things moving first. :) xx

Haha chocolate! Well Santa certainly worked for me this evening...

That was a sh*tty comment ;) xx

Glad to see you are feeling better now Tanya. Have you been yet?

Try to get some more fibre in your diet, and perhaps a trip to the health shop and buy some linseeds. Just sprinkle a teaspoon of these on your cereal every day and it should help to keep you more regular. Jacket potatoes are great too. I find plenty of fruit and veg keep me regular.

Yup I've got some stuff this week thats high in fibre wm bagels and ryvitas. I was thinking of some fibre clear to add into my muesli everyday as it supposed to have no taste to it.

Still havnt been. Had a small movement on Sunday but was very very tiny.

Sorry if this is all tmi guys!! Lol
