Yes! I love it here and always get really down on the Sunday when it comes to home time!

Last night was just over a bottle of wine. So enjoyed myself it was brill! I was up at 5:30and that just hacks me off :( got 8hours of class and then a drive home :sigh:

Updated for for yesterday and today think I'm guna go for a nice decent filling breakkie and might suggest chippy tonight for tea to Stevie :hmm:

Home & don't want to be! :( so sad that there is now just one more training weekend :cry: I've had an absolute blast this weekend, laughed so much it's been hilarious!!

Sunday 6th March

B- 1fried egg, 1 sausage. Spoon of beans, 1bacon, 1/4 bit of fried bread, brown sauce, 2slices wm with jam!

L- veggie grill, broccoli, carrots, tiny spoon of gravy, apple crumble with custard for afters

D- chicken & gravy pie

*thorntons praline egg
*slice if cheese
*handful salted peanuts

Just about to have a can if cider oooh errr!! ;)
 
Isn't it fab when you love what you are learning and enjoy the company of the people you are doing it with. Good for you. Here's to a good week ahead for you.

Ohhh yes, very much enjoyed it but it sent me straight to sleep, for 14hours!!!! :D That was needed. I had that amount in 3 days so last night i was wrecked lol

Monday 7th March

B- 2 slices white bread toasted 226

D- ive done turkey mince & sweet pot 'shepherds pie' with red onion, carrots, tinned toms & haricot beans and put the recipe into mfp and it comes out at 416cals a portion. Should do me till thursday.

Glad you had a good time away! What station are you based at? The one in crownhill or town? I am coming down next week and was wondering if you knew any good buffet type restaurants hun? Haven't been down in ages and all the ones I know have gone!!!
 
Thank you hun! I had a look online and that seemed pretty good. Saw that in the daily mail as well. Crazy!!!! How could you eat that?!

Crazy indeed! You would have to do some sort training to do that. Some sort of 5k to couch?!

Your shepherd's pie sounds yummy .... hmmmmm if beef mince makes a cottage pie and lamb mince makes a shepherd's pie what does turkey mince make? hmmmmmmm .... christmas pie? ... gobble pie? ... poultry pie? ..... bernard mathews pie? .... hmmmmm ;) xxx
 
:giggle: I like the idea of a gobble pie!!!!!! :p It was really yummy and defo something im going to make again!!!!!!

Tonight at training we were doing restraints on people 'kicking off' and in the process i've managed to hurt my knee again. It's tender to the touch so im thinking i mustve got a boot in it at some point. Will still be running tomorrow though i have to get back to 3x a week as the past 2 weeks have been just 2x.
 
That's a plan Tan (OOOOO Poetry!! :giggle:) but you MUST stop if it hurts because pain is a warning - you'll end up laid up for much longer if you don't listen to it and get it sorted! xx

Yep i'll stop if it hurts but its defo bruised i can feel it so i reckon i defo got a boot in it and not realised at the time. I dread the day I have to do that for real!!! :eek: lol

Tanya, I'm with Jan on the pain. Watch that knee. When you're young you tolerate pain better but pay back later on in life. You might strap the knee for your run to give it a bit of extra support.
 
Hope your knee is feeling better now, and please listen to all the good advice you have been given, dont want trouble later on chick.

When is your last training weekend? Its a shame when such things come to an end that you really enjoy. Great that you could also catch up with your sleep, bet it felt great. I slept solidly on Sunday night, from 10:30pm, until 4:30am and I thought THAT was super,.......god knows what I would be like with 14 hours......pmsl.
