Sorry you're a bit fed up hon .. understandably so though - I don't blame you in the least and it WILL pass .. you know that yourself, doesn't make it any less frustrating right now though!

I honestly think it's something to do with the running - our bodies are weird and wonderful things and go through all sorts of processes which we are totally oblivious to - these take up varying amounts of energy and affect fluid levels, muscles, fat etc. I wouldn't even pretend to understand enough to try to explain it but try not to get too down honey. You will turn it around - annoying, frustrating and fed up making as it is right now, once you're through that you'll pull it back and find the best way forward for you. In the meantime enjoy your weekend!! xxx

The only explanations I can think of is potatoe, or maybe I'm just not eating right for the running I'm doing! I defo understand what you're saying about that and our bodies and I'm sure I've read somewhere that some people don't lose weight whilst training for 1/2's or full marathons.

It is frustrating but you are right, I will get there and I will enjoy my weekend. Ive not planned any alcohol and im planning on being super good from tomorrow after the Chinese tonight!!!!

Lol were off to the races next Sunday so I'm sure I will drink 2 weeks worth in that one day but feel free to drink plenty for me too ;) :giggle: the things you do for friends! :p xx

Sorry about the gain Tanya. I read your food diaries daily and usually think what a good day you've had! What with all your exercise now too, I always think how good you're doing!

Hi Hun, jan has posted a measuring guide on my diary - it's very helpful - I was measuring the wrong places 2!
I've tried to post it on here but I can do it for some reason :(

Edit: So much for no alcohol!!! Having 2cans of budweiser, no more as ive got work tomorrow at 7am :sigh:

I really can't be bothered to cook so i'm not. I had 3hours sleep this morning and i'm planning on going to bed at 9 and watching take me out snuggled up :giggle:

Ive also had a chunk of cheese & a slice of cake ... so much for being good this weekend. Off for a meal tomorrow to to the harvester.

Cals for the day including the beer are 1,206.

Is the Harvester the one that you had that ice cream sundae at? The one that looked amaaaaaaaaaazing:D
 
Nope not there Sandra that was a pub called the chaddlewood inn but the food chain within is 'sizzlers' or something.

Got into bed at 8pm last night and was asleep before 9!!! Lol only had the 1can of bud in the end.

Sunday 13th March

:birthday: happy birthday to my mum!!!! One good thing out of them having birthdays one after another is cake both days!!!! :giggle:

B- got up with 10mins to leave the house so had a slice of bread 113 and butter 30 and bought an alpen light with me 63

L/D- harvester - sausage & mash 548

Edit: only ate the mash and 1.5 sausages (it came with 3!!!! big ones!!! but i had a few spoons of icecream so i'll leave the cals as they are to allow for that, should work out alright as a whole icecream sundae is only 260)

*handful salted peanuts
