Sorry you're a bit fed up hon .. understandably so though - I don't blame you in the least and it WILL pass .. you know that yourself, doesn't make it any less frustrating right now though!
I honestly think it's something to do with the running - our bodies are weird and wonderful things and go through all sorts of processes which we are totally oblivious to - these take up varying amounts of energy and affect fluid levels, muscles, fat etc. I wouldn't even pretend to understand enough to try to explain it but try not to get too down honey. You will turn it around - annoying, frustrating and fed up making as it is right now, once you're through that you'll pull it back and find the best way forward for you. In the meantime enjoy your weekend!! xxx
