I still feel on a high from todays run. I honestly felt soooo good. I've not felt this good about a run in a long long time xx

Oh, I had fried chips for dinner instead of potatoes :eek:
Reading your threads about stuffing & starving i'm feeling real guilty now lol

I'm never going to be below 12st before my holidays at this rate! xx
 
Only you can do something about that sweetie :eek: ... but it must be really difficult with having to fuel your running! xx
 
Yeah - i think im using it as an excuse sometimes though! :giggle: Weekends are my biggest downfall!

8weeks and 4 days to get under 12st :eek: I think thats 10lbs i need to lose. holy moly!

I woke up soooo hungry today! I had only an apple between 2am and 4pm :eek:
Trying to go low carb breakfasts on days I don't run as I seriously need to drop some poundage before my holiday. Only 8weeks to do so. I will however, once i've completed the 1/2 marathon go to maybe 1or 2 meal bars a day and a meal as I still want to carry on running and wont be able to on tfr.

Ramble over .. cracking on with it!

Wednesday 27th April

B- 3eggs scrambled, dash of s.milk & tiny bit of butter for the pan with 1 slice of deli ham. 200ml fresh oj.

L- baked chicken breast (with lemon & black pepper) lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, raw onion, slice of cheese, boiled pots, elf mayo.

D- meal bar.

S- meringue nest, muller light yog & mandarins.

holy moly!! I've been banging on about cherry drops for a few days as I can't find them anywhere & the only place I have seen them is in the whsmiths at the hospital and what does my mum come home today with?????? cherry drops!!

I've put them straight in the bag with my wine ready to take to the van, i wont have any untill the weekend :cool:

Not heard of it Sandra sorry lol

I've got my spots flaring up again, they only went down a week ago and now they're red & White again :( that's me spotty & minging for the next 3-4weeks :(

Just come across your diary. Your so inspirational, you've done great. Complete life change.
When I get chance I'll have a good read through, the first post got me hooked. It's amazing how much we can acheive if we really want it bad enough. Well done :)
Oh yeah, put of interest., what weight were you when you started running? I'd like to run but worried about my knees.
