Married life is much the same as unmarried life! Been together for 7 years and lived together for 4 years so we were already pretty used to each other! I'm also not changing my name so its not like anything has changed publicly either. I am so happy we did it though, does seem a bit different psychologically :)

Yes I know what you mean about not much changing, will be the same for us as by next year we would of been together 9 years!!! i can not wait though as want to have a baby very quickly after. Yes plans all going well, people have started to book to come with us so they are getting excited too.

How's the weight going? I've been bad where I've been ill, only fancied bread and biscuits!! Back on today though. Want to get this last bit off as going on hols in 3 weeks 3 days (who's counting lol). x
 
Actually managed successfully to get through day 3 at work! No junk food in the house so tonight should be fine.

10 5.75 this morning. I think my head is back where it should be though. I seriously need to start exercising.....................I think I remember making a similar comment this time last week....................
 
I find that the more days I do totally 100% without even the tiniest cheat the less likely I am to give up on the basis that I don't want to break my flow.

When I switch up to step 2 and back and think I might as well have the odd biscuit at work as it won't affect my losses that's when I lose the plot entirely. Its near on impossible to have a social life and stick to this.

Pink stick says I'm in ketosis.. Body and head saying otherwise! Got a really sore woozy head and though I'm not physically hungry I really want to eat.

Hoping that due to ketosis I'll wake up tomorrow feeling great.. Staying on plan this time has been a real struggle.

Yeah :( Embarrassing as this is to admit my partner is away for the weekend and all I can think of is how much I enjoy a proper binge when I've got the place to myself and no one to offer opinions on what I'm eating!

Ahhhhh I just really really want some crisps :( In a taxi on a route that passes a shop that sells my favourite crisps and soooo tempted to stop off.

You are right, its not forever. But the closer I get to goal the more I tell myself I'll just start tomorrow. I'm not used to finding the first few days hard, in the past its taken til the end of the second week to have proper wobbles.

Very very frustrated with myself.

Just think though you'll have to do the first days again if you cheat. Have some chicken salad or other meats as a treat but will keep you in ketosis. Stay strong and away from the crisps!! X

I stayed strong! Home now so I'll get through the rest of the evening as no food in the house. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning as I feel dreadful tonight.

I'm sick of dieting. I want to have a big feck off multi course binge with full fat coke and not put on 3 lbs. I've got the hump with it all this evening.

I wish my eating habits were like normal people's habits :(

I just can't eat crap in moderation. Miserable today.
