Saturday 21/08 - Extra Easy

Closing fast
- Banana
- 4 Mikado (2 syns)
- Water

Breaking fast
- Date (2.5 syns)
- Apple

After prayer
- Cucumber, carrot, lettuce, raddish, sweetcorn, cherry tomato, red onion, pasta, potato and chicken salad with dressing (2 syns)
- Rice, baked beans in tomato sauce, onion, tomato, green and red pepper all stirfried together, mixed with a bag of steamed carrots, sweetcorn and broccoli
- EL mayo (0.5 syn)

Such an achievement on my part as I heated up the rice smoosh for myself after seeing the masala lamb chops, chicken curry, chapattis, biryani, masala king prawns and mango lassi on the table! Very proud :D

Late night
- Caramel Freddo (5 syns)
- 5 almonds (1/2 HExB)
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB)
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA)

Total syns: 2 + 2.5 + 2 + 0.5 + 5 = 12 syns

Sunday 22/08 - Extra Easy

- 1 Weetabix (1/2 HExB) with 100ml skimmed milk (2/7 HExA) and 1 tsp sugar (1 syn)

Waaargghhh, been invited over to my aunty's house for another evening! NO idea what's going to be on the table - fingers crossed there is plenty of salad!

Breaking fast
- Date (2.5 syns)
- Chickpeas with onion, tomato, coriander, green chillies, spices and tamarind sauce (1 syn)
- Banana

After prayer
- Marinaded roast chicken leg (3 syns)
- Meat samosa (4 syns)
- Plum
- Coco Pops cake (3 syns)

Late night

You can tell I was ravenous when I got home, can't you?! In my defence, the plate was a 7 inch circle with a third occupied by each thing :) and only 1 syn!!! :D

- Fruit salad - apple, pear, banana, orange, mango, kiwi, peach and fruit juice (2 syns)

After prayer
- Noodles with lamb gravy (3 syns)
- Rice, baked beans in tomato sauce, onion, tomato, green and red pepper all stirfried together, mixed with a bag of steamed carrots, sweetcorn and broccoli
- Cucumber
- EL mayo (0.5 syns)
- Hot water with fresh lemon juice

Late night
- Noodles with lamb gravy (3 syns)
- Naan (3 syns) with 1/2 tin of baked beans in tomato sauce
- 2 Alpen Light bars (HExB)
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA)

Total syns: 2.5 + 2 + 3 + 0.5 + 3 + 3 = 14 syns

- Lamb kebab (1 syn) with baked beans in tomato sauce and mint yoghurt chutney (1 syn)
- Hot water with fresh lemon juice

Late night
- Scan Bran (HExB) with 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA) and 5g Cadbury's hot chocolate powder (1 syn)

Having a really really really crappy day, rain and gloom and fights galore. Went out for a long walk, took a good 45 mins and covered 5km, happy with that as I had to get a lot of anger out. Came home, then went back out again to pick up croutons which I worked out the syn value for in Sainsbury's - yay me. That was another 2km. Considering making some http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-recipes/117410-squidgy-chocolate-cake.html to make me feel better, not got that much time left before my fast opens (8:22 today) so I might not bother...

What's up Ali? you are normally so upbeat. Well done on all that walking, I wanted to take Noah out for a long walk today but it has not stopped pouring with rain since I put my washing out this morning, hope you have a better end to the week, donna x

- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA)

Total syns: 2.5 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 1.5 + 1 + 2.5 = 12.5 syns

Won't lie and say I had my HExBs - I really can't face them today, just been able to go to the loo for a number two after so long and I don't want to ruin it, I could really do with going again before WI! xxx
