Mornin lovely, why are you looking forward to the weekend, may I ask? :)

I'm alright, a bit down with the results of today's WI - 0.5lb off. But off is better than on! That's the attitude I'm gonna have towards my weight loss, slow and steady!

Thursday 02/09 - Green!

Closing fast
- Melon and banana
- 1 chocolate Weetabix (1/2 HExB1 + 1 syn) with 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA)
- Water

Breaking fast
- Date (2.5 syns)
- 3 humongous glasses (may aswell call them buckets!) of water

After prayer
- Fruit salad - apple, pear, banana, grapes
- Cucumber, lettuce, carrot, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower salad, with Quorn chicken, EL caesar salad dressing (1 syn) and RF Greek cheese (2 syns)
- Salmon crumble (salmon marinaded in homemade tomato and onion sauce, scattered with mushrooms and sweetcorn, and topped with a layer of breadcrumbs and RF cheese) (HExB2 + 3 syns)
- EL mayo (0.5 syn)
- 10 cashew nuts (1/2 HExB1)

Late night
- 2 Mikado (1 syn)
- Banana
- Squidgy chocolate cake (0.75 syns) topped with chocolate sauce made from 5g Cadbury's hot choc powder (1 syn) and 50ml skimmed milk (1/7 HExA)
- 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA)

Total syns: 1 + 2.5 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 0.5 + 1 + 0.75 + 1 = 12.75 syns

After prayer
- Baked beans in tomato sauce, frylighted with onions, salt, cumin, and red chilli powder (1 syn)
- Omelette with 50ml skimmed milk (1/7 HExA), spring onions, salt, cumin and red chilli powder
- 1 slice of toast (HExB1) with 1 tsp Flora light (1 syn)
- 20 cashew nuts (HExB2)
- Water

Late night
- Leftover fruit salad with extra melon
- 12 cashew nuts (3 syns)
- Squidgy chocolate cake (0.75 syns - last piece :() topped with chocolate sauce made from 5g Cadbury's hot chocolate powder (1 syn) and 50g skimmed milk (1/7 HExA)
- 250ml skimmed milk (5/7 HExA)

Total syns: 2.5 + 4 + 1 + 1 + 3 + 0.75 + 1 = 13.25

Wish there were some more crisps left, can't believe how much I have missed them! Although I never really was a crisps fan... can't really eat them silently in the dark can you? :p xxx

well done on your 1/2 off - that's brilliant - i think you should take your measurements cos i suspect that you are losing the inches rather than the lbs

Took measurements at the beginning of Ramadan, said I'd take them again at the end and I'm getting quite impatient now, I want it to hurry up and end! Hehe :p Just a week to goooooo :D

You dare ask... 'Nope' is the answer, I sent a sort of harsh-ish but not really harsh at all, just a me kind of message to him, then it wasn't bought up again :) I wouldn't mind seeing him again, I wouldn't mind seeing him every single day, it's just that I have responsibilities and I take them really seriously, I don't take time off doing anything! Not blowing my own trumpet, but I do work hard. He does too, but he gets paid for it!

Once Ramadan is over, maybe... I don't know, I do want to see him but there's always a 'but' in my head! xxx
 
Only becuase I am not at work and get to spend some quality time with my youngest son whilst his brother is off to parties..

I tend to walk lots on Thursdays, to and from WI the longest sensible routes I can possibly find! I should probably walk to and from the room that WI is in every day lol I'd be guaranteed a better loss then! Not got much exercise done today, took my brother to the park just around the corner, got bored pretty soon so we came home but I rode his bike! Bearing in mind it is built for someone half my height and has stabilisers, I think I did pretty well! Legs hurting a bit though... let's hope it pays off! xxx
 
Saturday 04/09 - Extra Easy

Walked 8.5km today, achy knees and feets, worth it though! Had a lovely time trudging along, met an old friend on the way home, had a chinwag, exchanged numbers, potential coffee date soon! Missed her lots :)

Checked out my reflection in every possible reflective surface today, naughty me. ALMOST saw the ex, had to go to the PO in town and was on the phone to him all the way there... JUST got there as his lunch break was ending, the call cut and after another 15 or so (no exaggeration) calls from me, no answers from him, I practically ran the route he would take back to the office from where he last said he was when we were on the phone - no sign, a VERY grumpy me. He'd gone back to work, I think we were both disappointed there. Would have been nice to see him - I wore those jeans again and have to say, if I looked as good as I felt when I slid into them...! Anyway :( Boo!

Texted Galaxy102 on my walk back, asking for a song (Let The Sun Shine by Labrinth - absolutely loving it!) and not only did the guy call me AMY(?!?!?!?!) he totally ignored my request!! C has ignored my text from yesterday too! Not my weekend, lol. Never mind, both problems solved - worked out how to make the crisps by Googling it :eek: and just came home and listened to the song! God bless the Internet, God curse texts!

- Tea with 50ml skimmed milk (1/7 HExA)

Late night
- Leftover fruit salad with extra melon
- Tesco Light Choice lemon drizzle slice (3.5 syns)
- 4 Mikado (2 syns)
- 300mk skimmed milk (6/7 HExA)
- Water

Total syns: 2.5 + 3 + 3.5 + 2 = 11 syns

some great wee recipes in the new mag, i've made the chicken Kiev for tomorrow (had extra breadcrumbs and beaten egg from tonights venture and thought it looked like a good idea..)
 
Salam sis...back from my holidays and didn't keep any fasts while there (naughty me, but found it really difficult being on the beach almost every day and keeping fast). Won't be doing any this week either as it's * week for me. Haven't had a chance to read your diary yet, but hope things are going well with you. My last 3 weeks have been awful and today is my last day off plan (my last naughty meal was Chicken Cottage today), until Eid :) Will read up on your last 3 weeks tomorrow as I have to go get the kids clothes ready for school tomorrow :)

Wsalaam hun, lovely to have you back! Just commented on your diary aswell :) Hope you enjoyed the beach, I'm sure you did! I don't think I would have been able to keep them in the heat. Lucky you though, week off now ;) Mine is a week late and showing no signs of wanting to appear - should I be glad? Not too sure!

Chicken Cottage, yum! Hehe, nicely decided that it's your last off-plan day, I just posted the thing about Eid on your page... I should really read things properly before replying!

Nothing too interesting going on in my diary! I think I've had like maybe 3 samose all Ramadan? Quite chuffed with that :D But happy to have someone read over it, it will make me think twice about over-indulging if I know you're watching ;)
