Yeah i have my dads side of the family legs but i would like to do the best i can lol

funny that my thunder thighs and double chin come from my dads's side and my big bust comes from mum's side

HAHA, apparently I have my dad's chin too, that's just pure funny.

Sunday 19/09 - Success Express

I WILL do this.

Breakfast
- 1 chocolate Weetabix (1/2 HExB1 + 1 syn) with 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA) and chopped banana
- Activia FF strawberry yoghurt poured over real chopped up strawberries

1:30pm
- 500ml water

2:00pm
- 750ml water

Snack
- Boiled sweet (1.5 syns)
- A few bites of lamb (taste testing lunch)
- Melon (just because I'd had the lamb!)

4:00pm
- 500ml water

Snack
- SW crisps with salt, basil and paprika

Lunch
- Homemade soup with tinned tomatoes, baked beans in tomato sauce, carrot, leek, celery, potatoes, salt, basil and paprika
- Boneless lamb chunks, fat removed
- Cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and raddish salad with EL mayo (0.5 syns)

Snack
- Potato salad (1 syn)
- Coffee with 50ml skimmed milk (1/7 HExA)

7:45pm
- 1L water

Dinner
- Homemade soup with tinned tomatoes, baked beans in tomato sauce, carrot, leek, celery, potatoes, salt, basil and paprika
- Cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and raddish salad with EL mayo (0.5 syns)

Snack
- 1/2 Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB1)
- Kellogg's Fibre Plus bar (HExB2)
- 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA)

Total syns: 1 + 1.5 + 0.5 + 1 =+ 0.5 = 4.5 syns

hugs hun, jump straight back on. You ok?

I will try my hardest to get back on plan tomorrow - hopefully after this coffee, nothing else will pass my lips.

Was SO prepared for first day back at uni, took my soup and everything... Ate out for lunch, very on plan. Came home and it all went to pot, just couldn't be bothered. Have probably had another 30 syns today, taking my week's total to 106.5, with tomorrow and Wednesday still to go...

I think this is the tiny losses getting to me, then not getting Success Express right, and also lack of support from my C - I'm sure if I were to text her right now I wouldn't get a response.

OKAY.

Some crazy thing just happened.

I realised that I am ONE MEASLY HALF POUND away from getting my one and a half stone sticker.

I CAN get this on Thursday and I F*CKING WILL.

I am NOT going to sit around moping about it.

I am going to get my fat a$$ on the Wii Fit and jog till it burns. AtLEAST 40 minutes before bed, and then again tomorrow and Wednesday.

I WILL take my own lunch tomorrow and eat it. I WILL follow the rules of Success Express that others have helped me with on another thread and I will read as much on it as I can before I go to sleep.

I WILL continue to do Success Express UNTIL WEIGH IN.

0.5lb, I'm gonna get you.

big hugs, are you able to change group? You can do this. Make sure you got things in for the cant be arsed days. What about the mirco rice things?

It's the only convenient one, may have to change depending on my new timetable...

Terrible thing is, there was synfree stuff on the table, plenty of superfree and everything, and I still went and had mac&cheese and then chocolate while standing in the fridge like I used to, and then when I heard the beep (goes off after 1 and a half mins so that's how long I'd been scoffing) I realised I was slipping :(

Tuesday 21/09 - Success Express

Breakfast

- Pear

Walked 5km.

Lunch
- Homemade soup with tinned tomatoes, baked beans in tomato sauce, potatoes, leeks, celery and carrots
- Cucumber sticks
- Apple

Walked 5km.

Snack
- 1 slice of wholemeal toast (1/2 HExB1) with EL mayo (0.5 syn)

Dinner
- Plain boiled rice with one chicken leg
- Cucumber, lettuce, carrot and cabbage salad with EL mayo (1 syn) and tomato ketchup (1.5 syns)
- Fruit salad - apple, pear, banana, orange and melon

Snack
- 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HExA)
- 2 Celebrations chocolates (4 syns)
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB2)

Jogged for 40 mins on Wii, 11km done.

Total syns: 1 + 0.5 + 1 + 1.5 + 4 = 8 syns

You will be good today, tomorrow and Thursday for that Shiny sticker!!! You know you can do it, so just plan in advance for those dinners.
