It will return, dig deep and remind yourself that you are worth it. Maybe look over some old posts where you celebrated how well you have done.

Ali - there is nothing more painful than a broken heart (well there is but you will learn about that when you are a mum), you need to nurse your heart but refuse to let it ruin how far you have come

There is a man out there that will cherish you and love you for you good and bad, you need to remember that you are beautiful inside and out and a girl needs to kiss lots of frogs before she mets her prince, chin up we are all here for you when it gets too much x

dont undo the good work you've been doing! if you starve yourself today your body with react and show (IN A BAD WAY, by retaining fluid) on the scales in the morning!
 
as shell_y says, you really need to eat something as well, just to let your body know that it doesnt need to start creating reserves

Thank you... Mornings/afternoons are the hardest, during the evening we all have a meal together so I can't avoid eating then, and by 8ish I start to feel guilty for not following the plan properly, so try to compensate with my healthy extras. I know I need to sort myself out, hoping WI will kick my bum. 31 mins to go... xxx

im a newbie but been reading your diary last few days. really hope you sort things out in your head in your time. unfortunately time is the only healer and surrounding yourself with family & friends.
try eating small items as something is better than nothing. i know you know all of this yourself and the outcome of your body going into starvation mode. you have to look after number one. wishing you luck with everything xo

Welcome newbie :) My head is very unsortable at the moment, I seem to be going backwards rather than forwards. Family are always around me, though no one knows of the situation. Friends, well what can I say about them? I seem to pick the friends that start a conversation with 'How are you?' and then two minutes in, it becomes 'Oh yeah that happened to me once aswell and I was like...' :sigh:

I will try to eat better this week, maybe forget SE and just concentrate on something actually going into my mouth. Thank you for reading hun, and thanks for your comment. 28 mins to go... xxx
 
Hope WI went well.

Know the feeling well. Am broken hearted and feel hollow inside but managed to kind of get back on track. Shed nearly a stone in a month so far and it would be a shame to spoil it.

No one's really worth the heartache but it is understandable. A few days or even a week off plan is repairable. You just need to take each day as it comes and try and force yourself a bit to stay on track. Sod what everyone else thinks, you're worth it and just need to have a little faith in yourself.

I started doing this diet more for someone else than myself, but when I think about it I feel better for it. Yes at the moment I don't feel like eating much and have to force myself, but in time hopefully the pain will dull enough so that it doesn't interfere with my day to day functioning.

Even joined the GYM this week and will be spending some of my free time exercising instead of moping about. Well that's the plan.

Who know's might meet a few milfs there, lol.

Let the dead bury the dead I say, and so whilst you are still living make the most of it!

Congratulations on your loss. Hope things go better for you this week. My week is also a bit up and down, but hopefully can pull myself together. I really need to read back on your diary as I'm a bit lost with everything going on. As for yourself, don't look back and keep looking to the future :)
