20 somethings

Oh I wasn't grossed out, I'm often pooped, vommed or peed on, and not always by Nate so most things don't gross me out any more. Mine seems to not have much blood but a lot of (clear) discharge. Very odd, it was like when I was having Nate and the midwife was saying I had more and more show but no waters, just makes me a bit concerned of another womb infection. I know it can't be though, it's just a bit freaky.

Blimey, you are a chatty bunch...I'm going to find it hard to keep up, lol! :D I shall endeavour to do my best though. Thanks for the welcome - I don't go to a group, and in fact I never have. I've always done sw on my own from home, so it's nice to have support from people on Minimins :) It keeps me going when my head is telling me that I really do want to inhale an enormous piece of chocolate fudge cake, haha! :D

I look forward to getting to know everybody on here :) xx

Haha that first bit made me laugh :)

If you're worried it's best to see the doc but I am sure you're fine as you'll know what is normal for you.

Sian, this is quiet, wait until everyone else comes on, we get through a few pages a day but it's all good as there are lots of useful tips etc xx

Oh ladies I'm exhausted. Bluewater wasn't too bad but we were wandering around for hooouuurrrs. I'm not a shopping lover and my OH just dithers! Lots of Body Magic done today though!

Steak with roasties and lots of green veggies tonight. Aunt Flo's overstaying her welcome here too and I need a good iron boost.

Well done on the loss, Clare!

As for the few days of blowout - as everyone's said, draw a line under it and get back on the SW wagon! You know where you want to be and you know whether your choices are going to get you closer to or further away from goal. Don't beat yourself up, just move on from it! We'll help!

I love seeing Lisa on strictly, I am quite fit but I am big so it's nice to see a big girl showing the world that just because we're big doesn't mean we're lazy!! I would love her to win :)

I always watch strictly but I wish they'd stop doing silly themes (sp?) so many song haven't gone with the dances so it's ruined it a bit for me.

I had a strange tea but it was syn free, tasty and filling...I boiled some rice in veg stock, stir fried veggies in soy sauce and mixed it all together, mmm mmm...just have to wash up now :(

That sounds nice, not weird at all. :)

I agree, I asked my mum about this because i didnt understand all these stories of people who weiged less than I ed but couldnt even do half the things I can do normally.

I serial weighed again this evening and it is 15st11.5lbs again :) hoping it'll keep saying that for Wednesday (current weigh in is 16st0.5lbs). Getting a little bit excited.

So bored I'm considering putting on the computer but that may (read will) end up in online shopping....

Hi Fran- seems I don't have a life either! :D -waves-

Hope the knitting goes well! You need one of those slankets haha! Blanket with sleeves :D It's good thanks, cooked tea for the family and just watched a Christmas film (big kid obviously!) your knitting's reminded me of my Christmas cross stitching what i need to get on with..making them into cards for friends and people at work x

I wrote a huge reply and my battery died!

Fran - yeah, I have bagged myself a good'un here! He even stopped me at a few engagement ring window displays today! *squeeeeee!*

Absolutely stuffed from dinner but I had fruit and a HiFi for lunch so I felt like I could've eaten the whole cow! I still need to squeeze a HexA in somewhere...

I hope your scales are being totally honest! That would be so brilliant! Could definitely be hormones letting go of retained water. I've got a but wary of my scales. The SW scales seem to be very kind to me and always round down what I'm expecting.

I got my first "Have you lost weight?" from someone at work on Friday! I know some people don't like being asked but if I don't feel like people notice then I get a bit disheartened. I also managed to get into a pair of size 14 trousers! I was a very snug 16 before I started so I'm thrilled!

Ooh I'd love a blanket right now. I've got my feet in socks with a scarf wrapped round them, ignoring the TV while my OH and his brother watch the Formula 1 qualifying highlights.

Aww -hands round blankets- :)
Well done on the scales being down Fran! I'm happy even when i get 1lb off these days, it really is becoming a lot harder!
Im cosy on the settee with the fire blazing and laptop on my lap, waiting for i'm a celeb to start. Rock and roll eh ;)

It is going ok, I just hate doing the sleaves. When I've done them both i'll be sewing everything together then picking up stitches round the neck to make a collar. It's my own rough pattern so hopefully it will be ok. I like long sleaves I can snuggle in which is good. Can't wait to finish it so I can get started on my next project... And then the next and the next! Ha.

That is so nice you go to that effort for friends cards. Im not that nice. Haha. I have made a beautiful collared scarf for my brother's girlfriend and I hope she likes it.

Emily! Squee indeed! Eeei! Mum called so got dstracted for a bit and got to have pudding envy. It sounded so lush. She agrees with go to gp if things are funny next month too. Even if i try to make the scales heavier they won't go into the 16s which is good. Jo, my losses seem to go in cycles, i have to change things to lose more, then it slows down so i swap back or to sonething new and it picks up again.

I hope it is hormones flushing out water, said hormones frequently upset the other end too! Haha.

Saturday night tv is so rubbish :/ and now there is no downton on a sunday. Grr tv.

I'm with you all too!! My saturday nights are always the same strictly, merlin, casualty, look online for strictly spoiler to see who got voted off and bed which 99% of the time will be on my own.

Currently I am sat with my laptop on my knee, listening to the new 1D album much too loud and wasting time online until it's 10pm then I can go to bed and not feel like a complete loser.

I am sure you'll get a good loss Fran, and no matter what happens you will make the 15's :) I miss Downton too :( The week they killed one of the main people was so good as I had no idea, so glad I was on my own that night and had a box of tissues next to me. You are so good with SW I wish I was but I will be one day soon and each day/week I get that bit better until I'll be doing it and not realise

Blankets are needed today as it's bloody freezing!

Sounds like you might be getting a nice present at xmas then Lyrically, how long have you been together? Your day sounds very nice and so does you food for today

Has anyone else had this site crashing constantly today? It's been driving me nuts!! It's not my computer as everything else is working fine.....

I know what you mean about upsetting the other end. It's got a bit better since I've had the coil fitted but this month I'm not right. I've heard some people saying weight changes have really affected them - I'm just hoping it gets better rather than worse!

There are a couple of ladies at group who knit. They've been using a really cool wool that sort of has loops in it to make those twisty scarves - almost like crocheted spiral scarves. One day I will make a concerted effort to get into knitting!
