Evening chica - map now showing. Looks very nice where you are.
Pants to the peanut butter toast. I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter but I love marmite on toast!
It's a typical little Spanash village. No different from thousands around. The village is quite boriing to look at as no one has gardens. But some of the views across the surrounding countryside are lovely. Thanks Bev.. bet it's really great where you are!!
This is how I lurvvvvvvvvvvvve it too!I love marmite too especially on thick buttered toast.
Really weird - Minis is obviously blanking out the facebook word to stop people linking. Thanks for that Bev altho' the links didn't work this end

If you change all the ***** that show up and change them to facebook . com it should show them (and I've had to edit this too!)
We hardly ever go down to the beach. I would love to as I love swimming in the sea but Mr P hates sea with a vengeace.. . . Went on Google maps and I see you are about 30mins from the sea...about the same for me altho' I haven't been there for yonks.
Ha Ha Ha at the not labelling - I do that too with J's meat and end up defrosting something I didn't intend too.
Great that your tests came out so well - bet the doctor was pleased with you.
Emm - glad the physio seems to working on your arm.
Nay panic about the bra fitting. It was the best thing I did after losing all my weight.
I suddenly discovered that weraing the right bra size stopped all the aches and pains in my shoulders and neck. Amazing.
Re labelling food. We're not too bad with our freezer but we've had a couple of funny incidents on the boat.
We used to store tins in the bilges as there was so little cupboard space.
I wrote in indelible pen on the top of every can what was in it. The bilges were always damp and the labels would come off.
But I did store things in particular places so in theory I knew what was where and hopefully not get things too mixed up.
Well once we got stuck out at sea as it was too rough to even contemplate going back into harbour up the very narrow, very shallow channel into Conwy.
So we chucked the anchor out to wait for the next tide and to see if the storm would abate.
.......................................
We sat up all night to make sure the anchor didn't drag as it was really rough.
We finally got onto our mooring at 8am, followed in by a few other boats who'd also ridden out a rough night at anchor in the bay.
Phoned both our bosses and said see you tomorrow and went to bed.
Oh the joys of yachting. I so miss it - but too old now to battle with sails and storms.
It's a young man's game and not for someone who is arthritic and finds it hard to move quickly round the deck
. . . and thought I might try going to a gym as there are a few bits of equipment that I could use which will not only help me strength-wise but will help in losing more weight.
