Morning chica. Don't beat yourself up about 0.8 lb.
As you know my journey was very slow - my average weekly loss was less than 0.5 lb.

Who's an ejit for going to the wrong house :8855: - well done on re-booking though.

My holiday was an series of expensive disasters (see my fred) but hey ho - that's life. And it's only money - you can't take it with you, can you?

My new mug which should prove in helping me not to binge!! :giggle:

Advertised my PVC greenhouse on Gumtree yesterday and already had two replies...trouble is I reply and then don't hear any more from them!! Someone should be calling round tomorrow hopefully.
Have been really astute at planning my menu for today but things have gradually gone more and more askew! Funny how some days things seem to fall into plan so easily and another day it's a continual battle to keep on top of things... and trouble is I don't feel as if I've eaten anything substantial today.
Added in exercise of housework just to boost a few calories to the total.. :rolleyes:


Doesn't seem only a few days ago we were sweltering in the heat... today is overcast and cloudy and fairly chilly too.

Breakfast - Oats 35g + Honey 1/2 Tablspn
Lunch - Bread 1slice + Cheese 35g + Tomato Cup-a-soup

Snack - Brazil Nuts 40g + Digestive Biscuits 2
Evening - Scan Bran 1 + Eggs hard boiled 2 + S.Cream 20g
Extra - Milk 200ml

Cals 1237 Carbs 88 Fat 67 Protein 46 Sugars 40 Fibre 13

Really pleased this morning as I weighed 186.4lbs (13st4.4lbs) ..that's brill!
Going to be as determined as possible to keep it that way.

Also found the lacy white blouse and cami that I wanted to wear... I hadn't sent it back after all.
Lots of responses to my PVC greenhouse advert so hopefully someone will eventually show up.

Just had a phone call from someone sounding very foreign who I could hardly hear or understand either so I just put the phone down.. always find that very worrying as you never know what they are up to.. :confused:

Pleased with having been able to get more things onto E-bay with lots of photos added.
Diet gone well altho' carbs a bit high. Did intend to just have one dumpling with my stew this evening but I use the packet mix and didn't want to put away a tiny bit that was left in the packet so TWO dumplings were had..and very delish they were too.. :D

Breakfast - Oats 30g + Honey 1/2 Tablspn
Lunch - Salad + Cheese 50g + S.Cream 20g
Snack - Brazil Nuts 30g
Dinner - Chicken Stew + Dumplings 2
Supper - Peaches in juice 100g + Crème Fraiche 50ml
Extra - Milk 200ml

STOP BUYING CHOCOLATE.

Had a good day.. Couple came round to have a look at the PVC greenhouse I advertised. He had to get everything out of the shed to find all the pieces and then insisted there should be some fixings for it but I got rather flustered and couldn't think straight so agreed with him in the end. Now I realise that he was trying to put the wrong pieces together! :sigh:

Menu gone well today.. had kipper fillets in butter..the boil in the bag type. Noticed it said they could be put in the microwave which I did but they didn't come out as nice...expect I may have left them in for too long.

Breakfast - Oats 30g + Honey 1/2 Tablspn
Lunch - Cheese triangle + Finn Crisps 3
Evening - Kipper fillets 2 + Cabbage 100g + Carrot 70g + Instant Mash 30g + Butter
Supper - Peach slices in juice 100g + Crème Fraiche 50ml
Extra - Milk 200ml

Cals 1072 Carbs 74 Fat 62 Protein 50 Sugars 39 Fibre 12

Nah, probably not you.
I've tried them in the micro too and they're never as good as just boiling them in the bag. Ok it takes a few minutes longer but well worth it!

Windy and raining today and quite chilly too... playing up my aches and pains this change in the weather! Feeling extremely tired as well... need to start taking the iron tabs again!! Set my alarm to ring every hour so that I will have a drink... must up my drinking a lot, bad habit of mine not drinking enough.
Had a really good diet day.. no breakfast as I was up too late and had to just grab a couple of biccies first thing so I could take some tabs.
Made lovely Yorkshire puds for tea tonight..don't make them very much as it's difficult to make a small portion of batter and I don't like keeping it for the next day.

Breakfast - NIL
Lunch - Digestive Biscuits 2
Snack - Brazil Nuts 40g
Evening - Pork fillet 75g + Cabbage 75g + Carrot 60g + Bisto 5g + Y.Puds
Supper - Pineapple in juice 100g + Crème Fraiche 90ml
Extra - Milk 200ml

Cals 1134 Carbs 65 Fat 68 Protein 42 Sugars 35 Fibre 10

It's so chilly now, won't be long before we have to put the heating on, noooo, then summer is really gone!! Desperately trying to kid myself it's not over. Good luck with your diet and hope the iron beats the aches and pains xx

Haha I don't blame you, I wanted to put mine on yesterday but took my mum's advice from years ago and put a jumper on instead :) it won't be long though....

I gained last week too also deservedly ... Hopefully we both have a good week this time :D

Just went out to lunch and had a good thunk..and thunking has resulted in .. .I have surmised that for some reason I have it in my head that at my age I'm never going to lose any more weight..

....So too much thunking has gotten me into a bit of a dilemma which in turn makes me very easily swayed into the wrong course .. it's those demons fighting me all the time! ..

I wanted the heating on but my husband dissuaded me shall we say but it's only a matter of time, and as if I ever listen to him haha :-D

Oh god I totally get you with the age and weight loss thing I have been telling myself that for the last five years, and it's probably helped me put on three stone :D, I am 43! But like you I have decided not to listen to that voice anymore!!! As we can still be fit and fabulous over 40! :D

Although health, and well being, mentally as well as physically is just as important isn't it, so I know I must be careful with that and not be miserable because of diets, is that an oxymoron !?! :D:eek::D
