Yeah she was about 5 weeks it was when I stopped bf. I did Sw though and it came off slowly then I just got stuck and couldn't get below 11 and a half. I was following the plan but abusing it. The free food etc. tried ww for a week but hated it. Then got the beck diet solution and read it but didn't follow it however something clicked with things age was saying and someone mentioned MFP and I haven't looked back. 8 pound down in 6 weeks. With my kids though it's always come off slower in the start I think your hormones are still raging and it's hard to diet when your not getting the sleep. Don't be too
