not updated for a while, having a heavy social week, really trying to stick to plan and been over cals twice, i think ive gained but its ok, its been my birthday and our anniversary and im back on it today, im off for a meal tonight but have decided to have fish and salad and no alcohol tonight, ive even saved cals to have a stuffed jalapeno starter yum yum.. at red hot buffet this weekend it all looks delicious!!! but i will just have a small plate of the healthiest foods and still enjoy my night without feeling full and bloated

Stick to 1200 but had 1290, but I've walked a lot and that's still good trying to cut out snacks again, it's weird how if u eat more than usual for a couple of days then it's like starting from scratch with the will power.
You've done amazing so far! its hard dieting when special occasions come up, just try and start fresh again. im using end of summer as a mini target! Ive had a few slow wks wiv silly half pound losses but ive changed my calories around this wk so hopfully I'll start losing again even if it is just pound a wk x
Thanks how are you doing? I had a bit of an off plan day yesterday I'm trying to learn moderation so following it by strict days, once I hit target I'll have to learn to relax a bit so trying to teach myself I can have a bit extra so long as I get straight back on it after.

Ok so on average this week I've had less than 1200 cals. Had extra tonight as had a friend round, tomorrow I'll be off for a run and eating my 3 healthy meals and no snacking!!!! Eek
well i just added up the cals ive had over the past week and im averaged at 1700 a day....its because of switching from juddd to cal counting then last night i had double what i should have had, today i am going to have a clean slate, i feel bloated and gross, 3 healthy meals, fruit, veg and no snacks. and im fitting in a run. my one saving grace this week is that ive been running twice, have walked almost every day and ive done lots of cleaning, so hopefully some of those excess cals will be burnt off.
