23 pounds in 20 weeks diary

not updated for a while, having a heavy social week, really trying to stick to plan and been over cals twice, i think ive gained but its ok, its been my birthday and our anniversary and im back on it today, im off for a meal tonight but have decided to have fish and salad and no alcohol tonight, ive even saved cals to have a stuffed jalapeno starter yum yum.. at red hot buffet this weekend it all looks delicious!!! but i will just have a small plate of the healthiest foods and still enjoy my night without feeling full and bloated

Today's been tough. I wanted to
Stick to 1200 but had 1290, but I've walked a lot and that's still good :) trying to cut out snacks again, it's weird how if u eat more than usual for a couple of days then it's like starting from scratch with the will power.
 
well i just added up the cals ive had over the past week and im averaged at 1700 a day....its because of switching from juddd to cal counting then last night i had double what i should have had, today i am going to have a clean slate, i feel bloated and gross, 3 healthy meals, fruit, veg and no snacks. and im fitting in a run. my one saving grace this week is that ive been running twice, have walked almost every day and ive done lots of cleaning, so hopefully some of those excess cals will be burnt off.
