Maybe try eating a bit more this week and you might have a bigger loss!!! :p Dont get me wrong, I'm not poo pooing a lb loss cos its fab, but just try and eat a toosh more.....nag nag nag lol! :D

Breakfast
Pineapple, apple, banana and muller light.

Snack
Apple (had to have it as I stupidly had breakfast at 5am)

Lunch
Sausage (2 syns), egg, HEB of bread and Ketchup (2 syns)

Dinner
Pasta bake- Tuna (HEB2), pasta (65g), cheese (HEA), philadelphia (4 syns) pepper, mushroom, onion and sweetcorn

Total syns: 8.
I know I'm gonna freak tomorrow as my weight will definitely go up a bit, I just need to stick with it! *Fingers crossed*

Why are you using the Phili as syns when it could be your 2nd HexA....you can it on a Green day dont forget.

Yeh but I've used both HEXb's and one HEXA but I think the philly is to be a B choice on green days. I'll not worry either way as it's still well within my syns )
 
Morning, scales actually said the same as yday which pleased me :)

Today is green. It's 11.20am and I feel I've eaten an awful lot already. All within syns of course but it feels like a lot..


Breakfast (at 5am thus the over eating elsewhere)
Pineapple, banana and apple topped with muller light.

Lunch (11.20am)
HEB of toast, small can of baked beans, mushrooms (4), 2 LM red onion and rosemary sausages, 1 egg.

Hope I can manage to have a light dinner but I appear to be ravenous today!

It just felt like lots (think it was the big lunch that made me think that). Also need to change yday syns to 14 as had a second cookie! Oops!

Really felt awful going to bed last night and had thought about not having lunch today (which I know I can do easily during the week...not that I should) .because I thought the scales would definitely be up this morn. Stood on them there and they're the same as weigh in. Times like this make me realise I am a mental case and need to trust the plan :)
Here's to 100% week!

You really need to get it into your head that not eating will not make you lose weight, in fact it will make you either gain slightly or sts, cos your metabolism slows down.You know that, you dont need me or anyone else to tell you that either. You just need, as you said, to trust the plan and honestly please chill with it and dont be so obsessive with it.....not meant to sound patronising :)

I'm glad the scales stayed the same! That wasn't a big lunch at all, lovely. And if you're hungry there's good reason for it. :)

You look tiiiiny in your new avatar! My OH has to remind me, and the same goes for you, that I have larger than average boobs and I need to take into consideration the weight there. I'll never be at the bottom end of my BMI range because I'm not built that way, and if I tried to get there I'd look ill. It's tough though because having a larger chest makes such a big difference to my body perception - a friend said hers make her feel like she's 'wardrobe shaped' and I totally get it!
 
Thanks so much ladies for the support. It's not patronising at all Kim, it's 100% right, I tend to become obsessive with everything that I 'get into'. Which at the minute I think I'd rather than the way I was when I was munching biscuits all the time.
Em, I agree with the big boob comment and it really does alter the way you look at yourself. I wore the exact outfit I have on in my profile pic to work today and then panicked this morning before going that I looked huge because of my boobs. Body image is such a hard one, and this morning was ridiculous because no more than 5 minutes before I'd been talking to my mum about my weight and she said she hadn't thought I was as heavy as that because of the way I looked when I showed her that outfit...few minutes later I put it on and freak out lol!

Good stuff, Jenna! You're 0.25 of a lb off where I'm intending to target! I can't wait to get there. WI tonight for me. I'm hoping it's a good one pre-holiday...
