That's a good plan, Kim! I have a stash of Mugshots on my shelf at work for days when I can't get out to lunch. I get tutted at in the kitchen for eating 'student food' but it stops me turning into a munchies monster as soon as I get home!

Cant say I'm a fan of Mugshots, but they're ok in an emergency. It still astounds me that they are a free food, cos they're quite high in calories and a processed food which SW dont advocate at all ?!
Not going to knock them tho cos they are quite tasty !

Yeah, they're an absolute last resort - I'm never sure on rehydrated vegetables! It's either that or I raid the sandwich van or office chocolate drawer so they're the lesser of the evils!
 
I don't know what the heck has happened to me lately, I am usually a PRO at remembering food! I came home and it was hanging in it's wee bag with my fork on the cupboard door :( Oh well saves me cutting it tomorrow.
The idea of the non perishable food is good, I may look in to that as I seem to be a dope recently, as for school dinners, whilst they're not 'unhealthy' they're not SW friendly so I shall avoid them at all costs :) Plus I didn't have any cash on me and I hate 'owing' anyone anything.

Oh well, have had dinner now and all is well
 
Scales showed 9st 2.75lbs this morning though I imagine that being due to yesterdays lunch faux pas. My wee lunch bag is currently hanging on the front door so I can't forget it :)

EE Day
Breakfast

Toast (HEB), ketchup (2 syns) and egg.

Lunch
Pineapple (I have no muller wahhh)

Dinner
Chicken pasta bake. 1 breast of chicken,55g of pasta, 4syns of philly, sweetcorn, onion, pepper and mushroom.


Determined not to have any of those damn cookies today! 2 yesterday left me feeling guilt as it was NOTHING to do with hunger, need to find a way to fight sugary cravings...failing that I may ask the sister to hide them while I'm at work today!

Mmm egg on toast sounds lush. I'm just having a Muller and it's a bit lame in comparison!

Treats aren't the devil though honey, they stop us falling off the wagon. I have about 5 syns of treats every day - it keeps me on track and hasn't ever hurt my losses.

Plan of action for tomorrow, God knows if I'll stick to it but everyone loves a plan!

Breakfast
Pineapple. apple, banana and muller light (mother's off to Tesco so I've given her my shopping list woohoo)

Lunch
Pineapple and muller light.

Dinner
2 egg omelette, HEA of cheese and baked beans.

aaaand if I'm being honest there will probably be a couple of cookies in there....10 syns

So whats that now compared to last Saturday? Dont forget 0.5lbs - 1lb a week is a brilliant loss when you're so near to target, so try not to set yourself up for a fall and expect too much......I feel like your Mother lol! :)

They were 9st 3.75lbs last Saturday and this morning they were 9st 2.75lbs. I'll be pleased with any loss (well half pound or more as I don't record quarters). Have had HEB as well today :) One more day to go and then weigh in eek! Also, you're much better in this respect than my mum cause if I mention food or scales to her again she may kill me haha!

Jenna, we're all as mad/obsessive/paranoid about our weight on here as each other, just varying degrees of it, but at least you can come on here and be in the same boat as everyone else :D

This is true, the crazies are running the asylum! 9st 2.25lbs this morning. If it could stay that way for tomorrow I'd be delighted.

HEA2 of cheese, HEB2 of tuna, 4 syns of philly, 55g of pasta, mushrooms,onion, pepper and sweetcorn..

Well that's today's diary updated. Thank God it's the weekend, this week feels like it has lasted a million bloody years and to top it all off I heard things this afternoon that have pickled my wee head. Going to the cinema tonight with the best friend to see The Prisoners and then meeting up with the other besties tomorrow to finish our Halloween costume shopping (we're being the ninja turtles...who says 25 is too old for Halloween) so hoping all that clears my head a bit!
I better see some form of loss tomorrow though or I may crack!
