So apparently I just wake up early no matter when I go to bed as long as it's weigh day lol. Went to bed at midnight and have been up since 4am. Weighed in at 9st 2.5lbs- a loss of 1.5lbs. Mega chuffed with that. The 8s are in sight :)

Today's plan...green or possibly EE, Idk yet! Breakfast Pineapple, apple, banana and a muller light. It's funny that I actually went to bed last night really craving a fruit salad for breakfast. It's amazing how you look forward to things that before you wouldn't have considered yummy! Lunch HEB of toast, 1 egg, baked beans, mushrooms, onion and 2 LM red onion and rosemary sausages. Dinner Tuna (HEB2) pasta bake. HEB of cheese and 4 syns of philly. 6 syns on HiFi bars.
Apple I now have the overly full guilt.

Having one of my usual weigh in day panics that I've eaten way too much. Will be very glad if the scales sts tomorrow morning!
Think I'm gonna od on superfree tomorrow.
Planning so far...

Breakfast
Apple, pineapple, banana and muller.

Lunch
Apple, pineapple, banana and muller.

Dinner
Chicken pasta salad (5 syns),55g of pasta, 1 breast of chicken, mayo sweetcorn, lettuce, pepper, mushroom and onion. HEA of cheese.


Will use hi fi's as my HEB.

I think planning tomorrow may help me calm down a little over today, knowing that it'll be fine if I stick with it. In saying that I know today was on plan.
I'm pretty sure I come across as a complete fruitloop sometimes on here haha

If you dont mind me asking Jenna, but why do you get so stressed out about your food? Did it bother you before you started SW? Is it the fear of putting on weight again? Or are you naturally a wee bit of a worrier? :). Tell me to piddle off if I'm talking out of turn, but I'm just rather curious about your relationship with food x

I never ever cared before SW, I ate what I wanted, when I wanted it. I'm just terrified of putting weight back on. I absolutely HATED the way I looked. In fairness I worry about most things to be honest but when it's something I can actually control and avoid making bad choices it annoys me more. Spot the psycho lol!
 
Ok so scales were the same as yesterday this morning, meaning I may brave a 2 syn egg sandwich for lunch instead of more fruit. Will just change the bread to my HEA instead of the hifis

Yeah go for the sarnie,Jenna! A girl can't survive on fruit alone ;) xx
 
Ok apparently planning yesterday was pointless as whilst I've been on plan it hasn't been that one.

Breakfast
Pineapple, apple, banana and muller light.

Lunch
HEB of bread, 1 LM sausage, egg and 2 syns of ketchup.

Dinner
55g of pasta, breast of chicken, HEA of cheese, 4 syns of philly, mushrooms, onions, pepper and sweetcorn.

Snack
Apple
Hi Fi bar 3 syns

I hope you dunked them in a cuppa sometimes does us good just having what we feel like as you said it's out your system now and Monday tomorrow new week ;-) X
