Having one of my usual weigh in day panics that I've eaten way too much. Will be very glad if the scales sts tomorrow morning!

Dinner
Chicken pasta salad (5 syns),55g of pasta, 1 breast of chicken, mayo sweetcorn, lettuce, pepper, mushroom and onion. HEA of cheese.
Will use hi fi's as my HEB.
I think planning tomorrow may help me calm down a little over today, knowing that it'll be fine if I stick with it. In saying that I know today was on plan.
I'm pretty sure I come across as a complete fruitloop sometimes on here haha
