Advice for the PrawnchopSuey

I know exactly what you mean - bless her poor boyf having to deal with that.
Congrats on your 100% day too!

Oh I watch all sorts of freak show documentaries; monkey babies, animal people, feral children, baby beauty pageants, gypsy weddings... Guilty pleasures eh?!

I think i might have seen all of those! HAHAH!

Well done for sticking to plan the last few days (despite the 2 meals out and well there is also tomorrow with Mr. Manford) :) Have a great time and don't worry, just jump back on plan on Sunday!

Thanks Meli, I am going to go straight back on plan on Sunday with a mixed bean chilli - got the ingredients in already so there's no excuses!
Scales were showing a couple of pounds down this morning, fingers crossed I can hold them off until Monday! :)

Right, signature shortening:

Week 13: -1lb :D *
Week 14: -1.5lb :D
Week 15: +0.5lb :(
Week 16: -2lb :D
Week 17: -1lb :D
Week 18: -1lb :D
Week 19: STS :)
Week 20: +1lb

Oh gosh, looking at it like that I really am slacking recently! 1lb in 4 weeks, oh dear

Have an amazing time tomorrow night!!
And don't worry - a loss is still a loss!

Hey!
Just did a quick catch-up on your diary. Well done for getting back on track so quickly. Hope the scales are kind to you this week after all your hard work :)
I'm worried about having a few things happening between now and Christmas too. But the advice on here about the occasional meal out is really good. Brilliant to look at it as just a meal or two off plan compared to the majority being SW!

1lb off in 4 weeks is better than 1lb on... :D, so congratulations, and, if you have lost tomorrow and look back over the last 4 weeks it'll read different again, its all relative ;)

Thanks Pammy, it's true that a loss is MUCH better than a gain!
How are you getting on with WW?

Brunch - rice pudding (HexA) with ginger and honey (4 syns)

Off to Sheffield this evening so probably won't update with the damage done until tomorrow :)

Brunch - rice pudding (HexA x 2) with ginger and honey (4 syns)

Dinner - Popolos restaurant in Sheffield (don't know if it's a chain?). I had chilli and sage pan-fried king prawns (HexB for prawns, HexB + 4 syns for oil / butter?) with spicy rice, followed by half a portion of sticky toffee pudding (10 syns?!)

Total syns: 18ish

Meal was very nice and I was saved from myself as I ordered a Knickerbocker glory and the waitress said there probably wasn't time for them to prepare it and for me to eat it before we had to leave to get to City Hall so I ended up hoovering up 'a mouthful or two' of OH's dessert instead...

Jason Manford was ace, really really good, he's touring next year with the same show so I recommend you all to go see it if you can :)

Ohh, I was meant to be seeing Jason Manford in December but he had to postpone it to next June because of the one show. Was Popolos on West Street near where the trams go? I'm sure I've been there. Glad you had fun and yay to the lack of knickerbocker glories! x

Yep Lou, that's the one, in Leopold Square just by City Hall. We made the mistake of not booking anywhere and had trouble finding anywhere with room - and there was only two of us!
I was a student in Leeds but lived in Sheffield for two years Summer 2007 - Summer 2009. It's a great city :)

:) Sunday - green
