Advice for the PrawnchopSuey

Sounds like you had a fab weekend!! Fingers crossed for WI... you were positively saint-like with your choices out!!

Am reeling slightly from the shock, but I have lost 4lb, yes FOUR pounds this week, despite the meals out!!

Which brings me to bang on 12 stone, gives me my 1.5 stone shiny, am in the 160s AND means I'm half way to target :)

:happy096:
OMG!! Well deserved hun - you definitely haven't deserved some of the slow losses you've been having so a huge loss was well overdue!!

Well done!!
:party0019:

Thank you Sarah!!

It's my biggest loss on SW so far and IS so unfair when I think that 100% weeks have given me much smaller losses and even a gain!

I guess this is something to think back on when I am having STS weeks when I think I deserve a loss, since the unfairness has played in my favour this time!

wow 4lbs well done!!!!!

you really deserve a whopping great loss like that, very pleased for you hun :) i might try eating at popolos see if itll have the same effect on me ;) xx

WOW!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS! That is an amazing loss! Bet you're over the moon! :banana dancer:
You've reached a milestone in your journey - well done! :D:D

well done hun!

Thank you all so much!!
I am very happy and determined to have a 100% week to make sure it stays off and isn't some WI fluke!!

OH said today: 'well that proves we need to get some more scales as those ones are dodgy'. Charming

:) settling down ready for the apprentice

OMG - did you cringe for them? I found myself shouting at the tv .... Nooooooo! I wonder if they watch it afterwards and think to themselves, OMG what do I sound like? "I sold x amount of goods, and that was without the oven costume" :rotflmao:

WHY do they always think a COSTUME is going to help sell things??!

I was a bit annoyed that Melissa's team won because it was all thanks to that ex-army guy and NOT her - I find her aggressive and confrontational and it was interesting to see that she totally crumbled when it came down to her making decisions! When she has always been the first to slag off other people's decisions in the past...

Oh no, hope she's not your sister or something now I've gone and opened my big mouth ;)

Do you make your own rice pudding? If so can I have the recipe?

So who will be the next Apprentice you think???

Hi Meli,

I use the rice pudding recipe from the comfort food book that came with the last mag... Off the top of my head it's 1.5 pints semi skimmed milk, half a pint of water, and 170g pudding rice... Just simmer it on the stove until it thickens (20-25 mins) then add some sweetener / ginger / cinnamon / nutmeg / whatever takes your fancy :) I count the whole lot as free but 4 HexAs.

I think the skinny girl with the big eyes who is good at maths might win - she does well to keep out of the whinging and arguing. Or the tall blonde lady who led the boys last week. None of the men are appealing much as yet...
I'm not very good at names!

:) Thursday - green

Right I've had a bit of a disaster tonight..... not gone over my syns but have really pigged out :(

Breakfast - banana and pear

Lunch - tomato pasta mugshot, melon and grapes

Snack - Fibre plus bar (HexB), apple

Snack - 2 bags of velvet crunch crisps (8 syns)

Dinner - 400g Tesco Italian pasta salad tub in tomatoey sauce (HexB for oil in it...)
SW pasta carbonara (HexA for philidelphia) with green beans

Pretty much had two dinners, what a pig :(

No exercise tonight, stomach muscles are killing from the core workout I did on Tuesday night! Plus I'm too full now to start jumping about...Will save myself for badminton tomorrow!

Hope I haven't jeopardised my chances for Monday, but to be honest scales haven't moved so far this week anyway :(
