You are much more generous than me, Al. I'd have deleted all numbers then (in a wine-induced moment! ;)), re-traced my steps to find said numbers and sent inappropriate, over emotional, "world-as-we-know-it-ends-now-never-liked-you-anyway" text messages. Ha!! ;)

Ha ha ha!!! I was sorely tempted by I'm trying to rise above it all... That way no one can say I contributed to her being a complete b****h!! Which I do now think she is :-(

What goes around comes around... The karma gods will get her ;-) xx

yay thankyou :) xx

UD yay!!!!

Porridge for breakfast

Sushi for lunch (bought a pack from Tesco - not going out lol!)

Fruit and WW cookies for snacks at work

Then off to a drive in movie showing of Grease tonight... Always wanted to go to a drive-in so should be fabulous :-D

So fish n chips and popcorn in the car :-D

Total = 1798 (but that's allowing 900 calories for the fish n chips which I think is a generous estimate! So probably more 1650 in reality :))

Have a great day - off to the shower :) xxxxx

Morning yoda ;-)
Oooh, loving the sound of the drive in movie, always wanted to do that! And Grease showing too, perfect. I always round up for worst case scenario on cals. Bur have a piece of choc or whatever if u want to :)
My day shall be filled with snackajacks in all the colours of the rainbow, woop! Didnt run this morning, am just in too much pain and also (this is v boring !) have to wait around for a courtesy car to be delivered and soda law it would happen when am out. Will cycle later i think. Should be leas pressure on my granny hips!

Have a fab day u sexy sauce pot xxx

Ps lamalamalama kadingydadingydong, awhopbamabama awhopbamBOOM! (know what im on about yet?!)

I'm just researching another pair of trainers hun and realise I never said to you about those other ones that they are really for 'trali running' so basically not good if u mostly/only run on the road!? Hope i have stopped u before u bought, or that u do run on softer surfaces! I'm just looking for another pair of road ones coz of my granny-itis and its off to a specialist shop for me i think...and inevitably a lot of money will probably be spent but given how much i use them and how much i love my running its an investment...also don't want legs falling off! Corr, to be fit and healthy is a lot more expensive than being a fat blob lol! xxx

Not ordered them yet... And I do most of my running on the road atm so will have to look around. I need some more waterproof ones for winter after my torrential rain experience on Wednesday lol! I also need wide fitting as my toes go numb otherwise - weird lol! X

I'm very excited and hope to meet my very own Danny Zuko there tonight lol!! (Well a girl can dream!)

Ps: I know exactly what you're on about ;-)

"We go together like..." :-D xxx

See if you have a 'runners need' shop near you...they will analysise ur running style and advise on approrpiate trainers. It is well worth doing if ur signing up to this running fandango long term! I've just had to make peace with the fact that i may end up speding 70 odd quid but it is worth it!! xx

Ooooh wondering where you live Yoga as there is a Grease drive through my way somewhere.....

There is one of those shops near me (google is wonderful!) so will be heading in after payday ;-)

I justify the cost of running shoes against the £50 a month gym membership I paid for most of last year and never used! Much cheaper, useful and more convenient than that lol! Xx

V good way of looking at it A! And i justify mine because i don't want a hip replacement at 30!! I have decided, no running today and tomorrow is a boxing day anyway (whether i can lift my leg off the ground to kick anything remains to be seen!) and sunday IF im not in any pain i will run along the river in Eton as its nor road so will be less rough on the joints. Xx

Ps u know we just end up talking to eachother kn two or three threads at once?! Makes me chuckle-does it still count as multi tasking?!!
