Ally's Diary - take two

So she gave me a few exercises to practise, hopefully they will trip my brain into thinking the right way!

Breakfast: activia yog, nectarine
Lunch: activia yog, pear, wholemeal pitta with baon and ketchup
Tea: gammon, pineapple, egg, and sugarsnap peas

Hea: milk
Heb: coop wholemeal pitta
Heb: 2x alpen lights

Syns: ketchup 1, option hot choc 2, marshmallows 1, mini creme egg 2.5

Just done half an hour on treadmill. This sounds crazy but 3-6k I can now do without my hands on the rails, but as soon as it slows to 2 I have to hold on again cos it's too slow and i cant keep the rhythm!

And my race for life stuff has arrived, yippee, and this time I have number 6 haha. Now I just need to gather sponsors!
 
I need to go back swimming but will have to wait a few more weeks until the tattoos are fully healed.
 
Yay not ended up binging today. I'm usually fine at weekends though, it's in the week i struggle

900 punches later on hardcore cardio boxing on wii, i am sweating various parts of my body off and know i am so going to feel pain in the morning.

I guess today will show if my exercises are working, its always work i struggle to hold back my sugar cravings. I am feeling more positive, but since its monday my mood is likely to change fast lol. And I have the temptation that there is cake in the office which I am ignoring (and hoping I can keep it that way), i'm trying to make it so the only time i eat cake is on my birthday in 3 weeks (ok and the monday after it since thats when i'll be feeding the office!)

Lets start this day and try and resist the sugar!

Me: No
Colleague: Want me to bring you something back?
Me: No thanks, I'm fine

Its 11.30, I haven't even opened my "snack draw" yet not that theres much left in it. I've had 2 pieces of gum and a pack of fruit salad off the sandwich man to keep me happy despite there being a pile of cake practically under my nose.

TMI time - I can't stop peeing and i've only had 1 and half bottles of water this morning
 
Don't know whats got into me today. I am infamous around my friends and family for absolutely detesting the taste of potato, i literally gag on it. But here I am, eating a jacket potato from the market, piled with beans and no butter so i cant taste the spud...and i am actually managing to eat it without gagging for the first time in my life. Even chips i hate thick cos i hate the soft potato-y inside. It's like some kind of miracle.

I opened my snack draw earlier...to throw the rest of my chocolate out :D

you've drank more than me! iv finally managed to get my hands on the first drink of the day a nice cold glass of water! mondays are always hectic!! And OMG i cannot believe you dont like potato! Its like something i have to stay away from cus id probably eat a whole bag of them! The other day i had mccain oven bake thick cut chips, and seriously had to restrain myself from not eating the whole bag of them! Even though i was stuffed!!
 
Hate them, always hated them, i'll eat chips if they are thin with no fluffy innards but basically thats all the spud i'll usually eat. I'm just proud of myself for not gagging lol
 
So my ultimate accuracy scales aren't being so accurate this morning, keeps fluctuating between sts, 0.5 gain and 1lb gain, so I've just gone middle and gone for 0.5lb gain
 
Ok, so today I am going a gig straight from work, but for once in my life I am prepared and brought all my food with me

Breakfast: choc porridge, shape delight yog
Lunch: tuna salad, grapes, 2x ww yogs, plum
Tea: Ham sandwich, plum, banana, velvet crunch crisps

Hea: milk
HEa: 2x babybel
Heb: porridge
Heb: bread

Syns: cadbury highlights 2, sugar free sula sweet 0.5 velvet crunch 5, gum 0.5
Free snacks: prepacked fruit, apple, plum

Is it possible to overdose on ww dessert recipe yogs? I love them, just ate 2 with lunch (and have a pack and half left in the fridge). Fancied a yogurt at lunch so the only place near here that does them is Iceland, so i marched myself past the chocolate and crisps, noticed some babybels so got them to have with lunch too, and then ww yogs were on offer £2 for 2 packs, was only going to get one muller as i'm not getting home til about midnight so a pack would probably be in the car for 6 hours (not that it would matter since its snowing), but decided to get them and thought I could leave them in the fridge at work until tomorrow...if they last long enough to take home. So nice and freeeee.
