day 29
I didn't get to go on my exercise bike today, but another plus I bought Kettlebell which will be a laugh if nothing else.
Breakfast
Melon, orange and pear with plain yogurt
Lunch
soup made with tinned tomatoes, carrots, parsnip, leek, onion and chicken stock
Dinner
tandori pork with onions, mushrooms and boiled rice
Fruit salad with apple, pineapple, raspberries.
May have a curly wurly yet, not sure.
So far no syns today.
