Weigh your self at home (in your clothes?) and then weigh on a boots scale (in your clothes?) see what the difference is
I think your stabilising as you've hovered around this weight for a while. It happened to me 3-6lbs from goal then it kicked in again. Have a great day chick xxx
Have been stupidly naughty again this weekend cos I got away with it last weekend & scales are a horrific 11:8 this morning. I know it's not real weight but proper scared me & I can feel it in my clothes & how much I'm wobbling. Fast today & Wednesday & am hoping to shift at least 3lbs. This is the highest I've been for about 2 months & am not starting on the slippery slope of that I can assure you
You know it's only temporary, wish I could be as frightened when I see what my scales have to say. Have a great day x
Well made a lovely tea not fast friendly as just over 500 cals but lovely, it was chicken with sautéed leeks & lean bacon lardons with a cheese sauce & finished with a bag of crushed up chipsticks! Bloody lovely!!!!
