Well 11:4:75 today so lost 0.25lb on an up day but it was a good one with Zumba & lots of steps so maybe the gain this week won't be too bad. If I can lose 1.25lb today then I will actually get a sts which would be brilliant & hopefully spur me on to shift this 3.5lb again....

Would love to! I've had a good fast today at 525 but no real exercise, haven't even walked much as hubby worked from home so took me to work. Having a major fed up day & realising how soft I am with people means they treat me badly. Two friends I was meant to be seeing for play dates one tomorrow & another Friday have cancelled & I don't care that they let me down but I've now got a really upset boy :(

That's rubbish, especially when there's a little one on the end of the let down, fingers crossed for tomorrow weigh in x

Well I'm actually hopeful as going to bed weighing less than I did this morning so I should get a sts at least, would love a loss though. If I get one it's proving to me that actually I don't need to obsessively count on up days as I haven't at all these past 2 weeks & although only small loss last week I'm ok with that now

Ooh exciting.. I have just made myself hungry reading menu ideas for fast days... Silly me, in bed now lol x
 
Well I am starting to believe this eat more on your up days thing I never trusted. Official weigh in & I've lost 1lb this week taking me in to my buffer range, I'd said 11:0-11:3 I was happy although of course i would rather be 11:0 but I'll get there when I get there....

Normally though if it had higher cals I haven't lost weight.... Anyways I'll take it thanks!

Hair cut done now just need to sort the colour....
