Thanks ladies, been a good one, I'm in at around 500 & I'm actually feeling full & I've been baking to keep busy, I know it seems mad but with not having a sweet tooth it's ok, marmalade & almond loaf this time. I've got loads of ironing to keep me busy later too so I'll be ok. Not planned food for tomorrow yet. I've got some mince out that needs using & fancied burgers but with it being Zumba night that doesn't really work to be honest.... Maybe do a chilli actually as it's been a while since I did that

One day at a time & I'll be honest & say apart from one day a week I counted what I ate on non fast days & was normally 17-1800. I'm proud that I've never failed a fast although had a few 600ers in there but didn't seem to make any difference. And post post post (I'm about to hit 10,000 posts ) there is normally someone about to chat to x And Lisa honey cakes don't post too well. You ought to take it up it's really relaxing this baking lark x
I used to be a disaster in the kitchen but I have just practised loads & realised I can do it I'd I follow the recipe. When I was on xen I had to learn to cook as food was so limited & it's just carried on from there I guess. So yesterday's fast clearly was another good one, another 2lb gone so I'm 11:2:0 so hopefully gain will be minimal come Thursday as long as today is good as planned & tomorrow's fast goes ok....
