Hairy Dieters, it's the chicken tikka masala recipe but I just put mushrooms in it not chicken tikka - hubby loved it! If you don't have the book google the recipe it comes up x

Well this is, fanfare please, my 10,000th post. Should I be ashamed or proud? Well I'm a bit of both but I wanna take this opportunity to thank you all for being with me through however much of my journey you have - think Tracy, Rach, Tara & Lisa have suffered it with me since day one

******warning - bad mood alert*******
So a 375 calorie fast yesterday. Impressive? Hardcore? Madness? Nope none of them. Pointless!!!! It lost me the pathetic amount of 1/4lb!!!! So official weigh in 11:1:75 highest official for about 10 weeks & I am majorly grumpy!!! I am hoping it's just due to totm although to be honest that doesn't normally cause me a problem. The urge to stuff my face is huge & the cherry cake I made last night is looking tempting for breakfast

It's one week Lexie, pick yourself up and move on. MN has a lot to answer for. Enjoy your day, have something lovely to eat and plenty of craic with your friend and you'll feel much better x

Step away from the cake (in fact, send it to me for safekeeping)!! As the others have said, it'll be the annoying time of the month (I vaguely remember them, lol). It'll definitely go down next week, if not sooner. xx

Had a worrying afternoon. My stepdad was taken to hospital after what mum described as a funny turn & they did lots of tests & stuff but have sent him home to rest but after mum text me to say he'd been ambulances off I couldn't get hold of her for over 3 hours & was worried sick! But didn't turn to food despite being in the middle of making mother in laws birthday cake & matching cupcakes
