That's fantastic news! Gold stars all round :)

Thanks girls. Genuinely almost killed me though, I was still awake at midnight cos I was thinking about food! Aquafit tonight & I've put a need beef casserole in the slow cooker for tonight & have made lunch which is most unlike me (I normally go to tesco on my way to work)

Have the whole house on a healthy eating plan as sadly our 8 year old is prone to chubbiness, he's classed as overweight & needs to lose about 5lbs so although he doesn't know it I'm watching him. It's not rubbish as he eats what we do it's my fault with portion sizes (remember it's food not love ;)) so hopefully by this wedding in sept we will all look our best!

Brilliant, Lexie, it's great that it's shifted so quickly. I think that's the key to lifelong weight maintenance - we're always going to have times when our weight goes up, but as long as we just get back to "normal" straight after any time off plan, there won't be any harm done. I think I'm just about learning that lesson, and not panicking too much when the scales go the wrong way. But I still can't quite shake off the feelings of guilt when I overeat, even when it's fully planned, and I really want to get over that as it kind of spoils my enjoyment of special occasions. Does that make sense? :) xx

Makes perfect sense babe!

Well tomorrow I have to go for a scan as I'm having problems with my periods. Am really nervous as although I'm sure it's nothing serious my scan is being done within 3 weeks of me first going to the docs & that's so fast for nhs I'm thinking has it been rushed through. I hope they tell me what they see else I'm gonna stress til results come through...

Hope it goes well tomorrow, Lexie. Sometimes the NHS do do things quickly, you know - I was offered a knee op within three weeks of first discussing it - so try not to worry. You're doing the right thing getting it checked out. :) xx

I've overeaten today. Have been so hungry. Eaten around 1700 cals which I suppose isn't horrendous but I shouldn't have done it really. Think it was that 3rd fast yesterday that was to blame, I won't do it again I just wanted to shift that holiday gain. Am expecting scales will be up a bit tomorrow but never mind. Just have to plan a good day tomorrow although haven't planned what I might have yet. Aqua was a hard class tonight so I'm hoping that may help limit any damage I may have done.

Thanks for your kind word about tomorrow. I'm hoping all will be ok xx
