At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Well didn't swim sorry if tmi but waiting for the damn poo fairy (Lisa stop hogging her) I've aggravated my pregnancy gift of piles & I'm bloody sore... Anyways weigh the same tonight as this morning so may not be a full pound gain. We shall see
 
Well 1/4lb on this week but that's nowt is it ;) I'm ok with it & will just do 2 fasts this week & just try & make good choices in London

I think the heat is messing me about to be honest. Desperate times desperate measures & all so I've had pickled onions & beetroot today & chilli couscous to see if that will do me any good.

Eaten 1700 cals today & done Zumba so hopefully that will be ok. May offer to cook at my friends in London instead of takeaway unless I can find a shish kebab or something. Lunch will be a sandwich or something like that so with the walking we will do I think it'll be ok, maybe another sts is heading my way but it's a holiday (kind of) isn't it
 
Bbc easy cook mag has about 10 plus recipes that would be great on fasting days, well worth spending £2.30 on or there's an offer on subscribe 5 issues for £5 if anyone wants the code. It's a really good mag x
