This is why I officially love this way of life, Sunday morning depressed crying fed up & feeling huge, now Wednesday & after 2 fasts & a controlled up day I'm feeling less bloated considerably & scales are down 6.25lbs. Fasting again today with pea & mint soup for lunch & not sure for tea yet but possibly a stir fry or something like that....
FFS & yes I swore. It's a fasting day & so organised made beautiful soup which I have managed to knock over in the microwave & this is what's left so no lunch for me & I'm sooooo hungry
