B: ff apple & mango yogurt 2 pears

L: MAC cheese ( 2 hex a & 5 syns) salad

Snacks: 2 cereal bars (2 hex b) hit choc (3 syns)

Total syns: 17

Pleased with the loss but really unhappy with my week. Did a menu plan for the week but just didn't follow it at all. Nerd more superfree and exercise on coming week and to mix up food a bit more as I seem to be eating the same things in different forms. Need to cut back on bread too. Oh well onwards and downwards. Hoping to get my half stone next week so need to loose 2.5lbs.
 
Friday 18th November (EE)

Cr*p cr*p cr*p:mad:. went to visit a friend for breakfast and she thought she was being really nice and did pancakes for me as a treat. was lovely but I need my head testing for eating it. Will just have to cut back on syns for the rest of the week, maybe just 10syns per day. Am never going to lose 2.5lbs like this.
 
Nevermind Kerry, you'd been doing really well and it is always awkward when someone does something like that for you.
You still have plenty of syns left for the week and I'm sure you will manage to keep within them.

Thanks Helen. I could have said no but she first know I'm following SW & had gone to so much trouble to prepare it as a surprise. I had thought I was getting toast coffee and fruit. Oh well, only need to cut back 9 syns over a 6 day period do shouldn't be too difficult.

Total syns: 10.5

Pleased with myself as went to friends house for candle party and all I had was a diet coke. Wasn't even tempted by crisps dips sweets etc.

Tuesday 22nd November

Grr was planning a green day hence 2 toast for breakfast. Got to mums for tea and she had made sausages so I've gone over syns for today. Have to be really good tomorrow
 
Oops, missed a few days on here. WI on Thursday night was -0.5lbs. Not a great loss but let's be honest I haven't stuck to plan all that well for the last few days so should be greatful that there is any loss at all:sigh:.

Bryan Adams concert in Glasgow yesterday so ate out all day and it wasn't pleasant (as far as SW is concerned. It was VERY pleasant for me lol). Having trouble synning dinner as cant find anything on line so will just call it a very flexi day and try to cut back through the week.

Friday 25th November (EE)

B: 1/2 honeydew melon

L: Burger King sweet chilli wrap (15 syns)

D: At filling station: pizza garlic bread (didnt use accompanying garlic butter) goats cheese and bruschetta wrap (part cheese as HEX a?) chips, choc brownie sundae, diet coke

Snacks: cup of tea, hi-fi bar (hex b)

Way way over but then I spent over 2hrs dancing at the concert so hoping it will limit some of the damage (yes, i'm a resident of cloud cuckoo land).
