Thursday 7th April - RED/FAIL DAY
Breakfast
38g bran flakes (HEB + 1.5)
125ml ss milk (1/2 HEA)
Lunch
half tin of tuna
3 crab sticks
ex light mayo (2)
lettuce and cucumber
Tea - Pizza Hut
3 slices of large cheesy bites chicken supreme (45)
3 slices of chicken pizza with cheesy bites removed (24)
I will be removing 9 syns for my HEA and a half that I didnt use, for the mozzarella cheese.
TOTAL SYNS = 62.5
So..... today was a slightly failed day! I did eat around 1500 cal in pizza alone, however, I didn't really eat much during the day, and was stuffed until very late! So i'm sure I won't have done absolutely horrendous damage. Or so I keep telling myself
I think I may try a few Success Express days to hopefully banish any gain I may experience.
