Monday 2nd May - Extra Easy
Breakfast
42g all bran (HexB)
150ml ss milk (HexA ish)
Lunch
McDonalds chicken salad (2)
Snacks
8 milkado sticks (4)
Tea
2 tbsp Pataks Rogan Josh curry paste (4)
quorn peices
peppers, onions & tinned toms
WW mini naan bread (5.5)
Evening
apple & grape snack pack
2 mini eggs (1.5)
TOTAL SYNS = 17
Well, slightly gutted about the curry paste. I looked up the tikka, and it said 1 syn per tablespoon. I put it in my basket, and then went about looking for LF natural yog to put in it like it recomended. I then thought, I can't be bothered with faffing with a large tub of yog, so went to go back to the curry section to put it back.
I then noticed the rogan josh, and read the label and it was about 40 cals per 100g less calories than the tikka. I thought, oh look it might be better for me than tikka and doesn't need yoghurt/cream in it.
[strike]Then googled the syns to double check and it's 3 syns per tbsp instead of 1 WAHHHH[/strike]
Just tripple checked and it is 2 syns per tbsp! thats a little better!
