What a better way to spend the afternoon trying on smaller outfits! I can imagine the amount of clothes u have lol. Dont worry about the barbie dress it will fit in due time when u dont need any forgiveness lol. Being slim is worth it more than the pizza lol.


Well done on your loss this week hunni, i no ur dissapointed but its better than 1 lb or nothing at all, im proud of u hunni.

I had a lovely weekend hence why ive gone awol lol. Bf spoilt me lol. Got lots of clothes to sort out into warbdrobe, dresses, shorts, tops, skin products and other stuff i cant go into details about looooool haha!!! Was quite fun tho. I ate so much crap so stayinh away from scales, doing 3 days fast then go straight onto my vegan raw lifestyle on thursday.


Im so waiting to hear about ur hot date lol.

Week 10

So I weighed in this morning. I am 11 3 Wooooooooop! I could even hit the 10's in the week. Overly optimistic??

Had a cracking day with my new man. He's on hols in 3 weeks. I could lose 9lbs. He's gone for 2 weeks, could lose another 6/7lbs. Thats 15/16lbs bringing me to 10 2/3lbs!! Its SUCH an exciting prospect. I love lipo!!!!

Really hope i dont cave at this stage. Ah the 10's are just too close!!

Ahhhh Tam. Nightmare of a day yest. Ended up in a&e with severe back pain and nausea. Im much better now thank god. I had an EPIC loss. Due to all of the vomiting tho

I lost 8lbs. Im now 10 11. However I wouldnt be surprised if I gain next week despite sticking to shakes.

My chemist wants me to stop at 10stone I might like to go a bit further. Ill see what happens.

Date still on for tomoro. Gonna wear the wee pink skirt Tam. But with a black 3/4 sleeve top. And wee black sandals with a bow on them.

Oooh details of wild night lady Hope you had fun bet u looked gorge.

Week 11

Well ladies I am 100% better woop after a colossal loss of 8lbs. Ill only expect to lose a pound next week if any. It was too much to lose in the week.

I spoke to the chemist about goal. They only want to let me get to 10st. I hope to continue till the end of july but will play it by ear. Im an apple shape and still have a big belly. Sigh!

Date was SO much fun. We went to the beach./...lots of walking and chilling out with chat and tunes. He is such a dote. And so handsome. Wooooop. He wants me to come off the diet now tho. He said I look fab. And if i dont stop by end of july hes gonna stop eating too. Lol. We went for food and I had a coffee. I wasnt very sociable but glad i stuck to it.

Week 11

So im weighing in at 10st 12lbs. I had a loss of 8lbs last week so not expecting to lose anything this week, which is fine

Super excited for the weekend. Heading off to my fave Irish band, The Coronas, with my new man Cannot wait.

After 11 weeks....im starting to get fed up of the diet. I just hope I can push through for another 3 weeks.

Everything looks so tasty. I miss food but will persevere

Week 12

Well i had weigh in ladies. Lost 1lb. Ill take that. I had a loss of 8lbs last week so all good!!!

I am now 10st 10lbs. Which means I am officially healthy by BMI standards. Woooooop!!!

I want to get to the 9's I think. My pharmacist said we'll see how it goes

Had my awesome date to that gig. we going to cinema tomoro too. Cant believe he likes me this much i feel so lucky. And he is just gorgeous to boot. I am a lucky lady.

Aw thanks Harriet. I am a pretty happy lady to be fair. A lot of that is down to lipo. Thank god is right. Arent we lucky to be able to lose the weight this quickly? Tho it is gruelling and one of the toughest things ive done.

Ooooh i am an excited lady today. I bought my dress for my 30th Birthday party (5 weeks away on 9th of August)
Heres a wee sneek peek


This is the size 12. Which fit. But I want to be skinnier. So bought the size 10!!! Eeeeeek! I am hopeful I will lose 10 more pounds and it will be a perfect fit.

Im hoping to continue lipo for 4 more weeks (new man wont be impressed, nor my parents but hey)

Welcome aboard the lipo wagon Nai. Well done for taking the first step. I am so happy I can be an inspiration. I have lost over 40lbs thanks to Lipotrim. Im starting to feel better but still have 4 weeks to go.

Water water water is key. One bad side effect I have noticed is bad breath (not great when dating eeeek) I use the listerine strips to combat that.

Ive had lots of early nights on the diet too. Avoiding bbq's, and the fridge. But luckily have still managed to have a social life.
