heyyy sorry i lied im back on today not yesterday
so ill fill you all in on everything .....
Diet:
so as you all know i stuffed my face into oblivion last week while i was at home so something had to be done. I rejoined SW on thursday morning and therefore my "new" starting weight is 12st 2lbs. Im not happy but i expected it so im ready to go
my brother is getting married on the 23rd june so i have until then to lose 2 stone which i think is doable. I think its like 2lb a week? ill have to work hard but because i have a target where there are DEFINITELY GOING TO BE PICTURES it will spur me on.
So far so good ive been on plan since thursday
Work: i havent had a day off this week, finally on on tuesday wooop cant wait. looking forward to being paid. My manager was saying today when maternity cover is over ill still be there because there will def be a position for me which is promising. Im only meant to be doing 24 hours and im doing double that atm so i suppose it shows im commited . Well i was, but then we had a robbery and it shook me. Im sick of all these skank people doing skanky things!!!! IF U CANT AFFORD SOMETHING DON'T STEAL IT SAVE UP LIKE THE REST OF US grrrrrrrr
Life: well after everything that has gone on i can finally say im on the right path and liking it (obviously this robbery today hasnt helped but keep going and all that) when i joined sw on thurs i felt i was really motivated and ready whereas other times ive gone because i wanted to be thinner but they right mindset wasn't there. my counselling is going really well and im starting to get a bit of confidence back i really really reallly want to get back into becoming a slimming world consultant again so thats my main aim
still single and not really going out and socialising but im hoping that will change once i get a bit more money (the going out bit, not going to buy an escort hehe)
on friday i typed out 2 lists of things i want . One for food and one non food. Everytime i buy something that isnt on either lists i write it down and buy the end of the week i see how much money ive wasted. So when i want a pair of cheap primark shoes and think i can't afford them i can look on that list and think ooh well i could afford 4 pound of chocolate or alcohol. it is helping me because i really don't want to write anything on that list lol.
