BaysideJ's Diary- one year on plan!!!!(most of the time)

hi Dave- I know what you mean, that's why I can't make up my mind. I will continue to go for the time being, but then , like you say, if i stick it out until i get to target then i can weigh free and go from time to time to keep myself on track. ummm, decisions, decisions!

Weather here today very cold, icy winds. I'm supposed to be going to get my hair cut in town but that will involve driving. It's not snowing at the moment but there is a lot on the ground and we are forecast more today.

well, i had a bad weekend food wise, bloomin xmas chocs still calling my name!!

Line drawn and back with it today. Snow is melting but still really cold. Hope you are all ok.

well i'm following the plan fine this week but will fess up to the fact i didn't go to weigh in again- running scared as i still have lots of xmas excess lbs on board!!!!!! Am trying to persuade a couple of work friends to join so i will go back next week hopefully feeling a bit braver!!

Bloomin' 'eck! You've got nothing to be scared of as you have done so so very well with your weight loss!! Everyone can have a slip up and it was Christmas and I think you should be a bit more forgiving of yourself! Main thing is that you are getting back into it now, just don't beat yourself up any more! Or I'll nag you! I nag well :p
 
hello, a busy weekend so not caught up on here. Good most of the week but over on choc syns at the weekend, don't know why i want chocolate, i've never really fussed about it before.

Will go back to SW on Weds after my mini break, will face my gain and hopefully get back on track.

well, i braved it out and went back lst night. It was ok, a 4.5 lb gain since i last went a month ago, so i've lost a chunk of the big gain. A fresh start as of this week. Got all the new books and even sat through the new member talk again lol! Did have choccie last night but will stick to plan this week now, i really want to shift at least 2lbs this week.I was even allowed to put new stickers on my new book, so it looks lovely and shiny already:)
 
thanks hun, trying to get back in the zone! Not sure about the new record sheets they provide, have to record superfree foods too! may just stick to my own version. Besides, i'll keep doing green days despite the push for extra easy now, not eating meat makes green the best option for me, and i can eat my alpen lights every day too:)
Just been for a quick walk , roll on the lovely light evenings then i can go for my beach walks every day instead of trotting round the streets.
