Nah it's like a cold porridge thing, I got it from the filling and healthy book off my leader. It's oats, grated apple, skimmed milk and total 0%, you mix it together, leave it for 10 mins (1/2 hr in my case whilt I got ready) then I added raspberries. It was delicious! Xx
 
Wow! That sounds lovely. Think I'll try that.... Is it any porridge oats? Or do you se the OSS sachet?
 
How much of each do you use?
 
I just guessed cos they didn't give me measurements! I guess about 40g porridge, an apple, 1/4pint skimmed milk and a dollop of total 0%. It was all guesswork but turned out nice! Xx
 
I've done 1hr of fitness evolved! My legs wreck but I enjoyed it. Also the kids made choc cookies today, the kind they sell in bags of four at the supermarket, the smell in the unit was amazing but I didn't have any! Very pleased with myself- hope I can keep it up! X

Thanks mets, I've not snacked at all either, I just haven't been hungry between meals which is good. I'm amazed at how sf gets me focussed. How have you got on?

Tomorrow we are having the in- laws over and getting take away, I'm think of doing this, making my own egg fried brown rice and having chicken with ginger and pineapple, or char Sui pork. What do you reckon? I'm not keen on chicken chow mein which I know is best option but it feels really greasy to me.
 
Your dinner tomorrow sounds good :) and free too! I tried cooking brown rice the other day and it just wouldn't soften. How long do you cook yours for?

I've not been hungry in between meals either today. Stuck to my menu and feel really good :) xx
 
I'm glad you are both back on track and feeling better for it, but I want to know which one of you stole my motivation lol, I've fallen off the wagon today, but its out of my system now so feeling good about getting back on track tomorrow. Even went for my run this evening x

Btw Becks, this months WW mag has a recipe for pretty much the same thing as what you're having for dinner!

Made me feel better for definate. I'm getting a cold and that always makes me hungry, but I think I may have got it before it got a hold, been overdosing on manuka honey, having a potteen, manuka honey, lemon and hot water drink now, that'll knock me out and I'll be all better tomorrow hopefully x
 
Oh no! Sorry! Well done on the run despite feeling rubbish, much better than I could've done. Hope you've staved off that cold! Xx

Good morning!

Day 2of 4 SF 28 weeklies

B- porridge with mixed spice, skimmed milk and summer fruits

L- baked potato with left over quorn bolognaise
Fruit

T- not entirely sure, depends if in laws come etc, also poss going to pub. I shall have to be careful with my points as out tomorrow for a bit (although I don't really want to go out tomorrow- peer pressure haha! ). 12 pp max on food if we get a takeaway and single vodka in the pub I guess. Will think about tomorrow when it comes.

S- fruit


Ex- not sure I'll have time as will need to clean house when I get in from work.

This weekend will be a challenge but it's my own doing so will have to do what I can do. I want to sts on mon so have to make up for blips earlier in the week.
