Good Morning!

Well I used 22pp last night but pretty sure I'm not going out tonight- snow is forecast and I don't do snow in my glitzy heels!

So I'm pretty clueless about what to eat today this is what I'm thinking...

Day 3 of 4 SF 6pp left

B- porridge, mixed spice, skimmed milk and summer fruits

L- potato, leek and bacon omelette

T- it's gonna be cold so I think I need some kind of stew! I'm gonna head up to supermarket for a few supplies later (walking- no bus)
Baked apple and total 0%

Ex 45 min- fitness evolved

Then I shall plan the big weekly shop to get delivered tomorrow.

Sooo glad it's Saturday!
 
An awful day yesterday- my good intentions went completely out the window. I think the very first mistake I made was trying to do exercise on an empty stomach- I had to stop after 10mins and was sick.
I had a small bowl of cereal and then felt back on track , walked to the supermarket, had healthy food in mind and was looking firward to my lunch but the can opener was broken so couldnt have what i planned. Then i had a very lazy afternoon on the sofa watching DVDs and then the munchies kicked in and chocolate was eaten. As much as I like and feel i deserve a lazy afternoon every so often, especially when it is raining, it is something I associate with food. I did try to stick to fruit but after a while this was no good. I have found this has been s problem in the past- eating through boredom i guess. So I've decided I need to start keeping myself busy on a weekend, drag the boy out for a walk (that wasn't much of an option really yesterday), or go to town or clean the house- anything to keep me busy! I need to start knotting again too as that always absorbs me!
Annoyed about yesterday, but try again to get on straight and narrow today and new week starts tomorrow. Dreading WI but there are no failures just bumps in the road! Haha! I'll get there eventually. X

Today I've only ate porridge and blueberries as been to town shopping to distract me. I've spent a lot but hey I've not eaten anything! Really pleased cos all the tops I got were 10's and all skirts were 12's and they were fitted!

Lol! At least you've not eaten ;-) and yay for the smaller sizes! :D always makes you feel better

Training was good thanks. Had to do an "arrest" which was scary! But not as scary as the real thing will be! Eeek! Hehe! Shattered now though... The boyf is bring home some chicken chow mein for me, so need to amend my diary. How many points in that do you know? I was going to say 12 to be safe.... xxx
 
I've read 8 but I think that's too low, so I think your about right with 12!
I'm dead happy with my shop! Also it was my measuring day and I've lost 5cm off my tummy and 2cm off my hips! My hips and thighs are where I want to lose most and it's really difficult so I was happy with that.
Just WI hurdle to get over tomorrow but I'm not gonna let a gain (which is likely) get me down. Xx
 
Ah brilliant! At least if you do have a little gain, you know you've lost some cms :) I really need to measure myself!

My sister said 8! Haha! I'll stick with 12 as it was a big portion.... Wasn't even that great actually. Very dry!
 
I think ww website says 9pp but if ur happy with 12 to be safe then that's fine
 
Right so I faced the ice and the music to go to WI and 1/2 lb on- could've been worse, much worse.
I've decided to change things a bit. I'm gonna start allowing myself Unpointed treats on a mon after WI and making Tuesday my day one. I used to do this when I weighed in on a weds and it didn't affect my losses and I didn't have binges so much as knew I had choc to look forward to. I'll try it a few weeks and see how I get on.
Also on here I'm going to write my days menu at the end of the day to give a truer and more honest picture of how I've done. I know I keep saying I'm having a new start but I will keep doing it until I get to goal! Even if that takes for ages! Xx
 
Dont worry that's a small gain, u will get it off in no time, I'm interested to see how ur treat goes I have thought about this for a few weeks but worry I will just scoff my face then not b able to get back on the plan, good luck this wk, what was it treat today?
 
Well I always used to have whatever I liked for tea and a considerable amount of chocolate and if I was good through the week I'd lose steadily. I stopped doing this and expected better losses but no difference really so I'll try it and get all the choc cravings out of my system! Ha ha!
Tonight I've had pasta and pesto - not a ridiculous portion and some Terry's all gold. What is left of the all hold will go to school staff room tomorrow. Back on sf tomorrow! X

Well done - like you said, it could have been worse. My sister always has an unpointed evening after wi and it doesn't effect her losses.... I'm always scared though! x
 
Hi, seems strange writing my meals on an evening but much more likely to be accurate this way!

Day 1- sf 49 weeklies

B- fruity muesli Bircher ( I think this is my new favourite- will def be a good summer brekkie)

L- carrot and coriander soup, 2x ww petit pains, banana

S- 2x crumpets with laughing cow exl

T- garlicky, lemon chicken with wholewheat spaghetti and spinach - 3pp used for low fat butter ( to make like a Kiev filling and Parma ham that it was wrapped in)

Ex- managed 30 mins of yr shape fitness evolved.

Happy with today and feeling in control which is good. Hope everyone is doing well. X
 
Ur tea sounds lush how did u make it?
