Becktoria's simply filling food diary

Berlin plans sound fab! You will have to report back on any exciting cocktails you find. I think you've set yourself a good, sensible and achievable plan for the lead up to the holiday so sure you will do great.

I think having stuff you feel comfortable in for the big is really important. The last thing you want is to feel self-conscious about how you are looking when exercising. I think its the thing I have been most surprised by since joining the gym - I thought I would feel really self-conscious in gym gear but I tend to just wear a sports vest and capri pants I don't really think about it. Until I see someone walk past with the perfect bottom then there is a bit of envious staring.

Very inconsiderate of all these people to leave and *make* you drink vodka ;) I have a work night out I am meant to be going on next weekeend. Its a pretty small group of us from a couple of teams rather than a work outing en masse but i always feel a bit wierd socilising with work colleagues. And I always end up drinking. I can easily have a night out when with OH without drinking but it doesn't seem possible with work people. At least I am taking them to that cocktail place I went to a few weeks ago so can reacquant myself with the elderflower daiquiri that was incredible last time.

Hey! I loved Berlin when I went! If you need any advice/tips then let me know!! But I imagine you have already booked hotel etc!

Are you ready for the summer! My teacher friend has 1 week at school with no kids and then is off completely! She's so excited! I always think it would be a good job for the holidays but then I remember all the extra work and lesson planning you do in term time. Plus the double cost holiday price during the summer. I forgot....do you teach secondary or primary?

Good luck this week with sf/pp! It always seems like you get back on track quite quickly which is good! It normally take me a few days!

I'm ready to relax a bit purple!
Today is not a great day to start back on plan as I'm off out and I tend to eat more when I go out, such is the fear of the jhang over! Me and the boy are going out for day tomorrow so really don't want to spoil it! Making home made pizza using one of sainsburys Italian pizza bases and topped with some chargrilled veg and light mozzerella and Parmesan. There will be pizzas at the place but this will be better and give my tummy a good lining. Gonna take my milk thistle and desist from and chaotic drinking! This will prob involve me going home early again (3rd time in a row) but its worth it of I feel ok tomorrow! Also have crumpets for when I get in. My weekly 49 will prob be accounted for by then but I went to gym again today and plan on a Pilates class on Monday!
I've felt huge trying on dresses to go out so must sort myself out and fast! X

I am sure its probably all in your head about looking huge in your dresses rather than a reality - its about 7lbs you have put on isn't it? I bet you didn't immediately notice the difference when losing 7lbs did you? Sure you will fab.

Pizza sounds nice. How many pps are they working out as? Its horrifying that even a WW pizza comes in 13pp :(

Have a lovely evening.

Im with Atomic! 7lbs isn't a crazy amount! When I was size 14, my trousers stayed same tightness for about 1 and a half stone! So I wouldn't have noticed 7lbs!

Hope you feeling better about it all!

And I had pizza last night but it wasn't a ww variety lol! It was a yummy takeaway one and I deserved it!

Hey guys, I know it's not a lot in grand scheme of things and my boyf says he can't tell but I can tell and I had real trouble zipping up a sundress that was no issue a few weeks ago. Still I found something to wear eventually. I didn't get to make my pizza before I left so made it when got in. So prob less cautious about pp after a few drinks! I shall attempt to point yesterday

So that's a lot of weeklies used on day 1! Was naughty having solero and cornetto and the pizza was obviously not as healthy as it could've been but I'm blaming vodka!

Today has been extremely lazy, just got out of bath after lazy morning in bed. Not much else planned for this evening I shall just catch up with the killing and possibly some knitting. Gonna give Pilates a proper go tomorrow, well that is plan!

Killing?? I hope not ;0) not a bad day considering its the weekend! Hehe at tipsy with the tomato purée! Enjoy the rest of your chilled Sunday :0)

Haha pretty much daisy!
Yesterday I struggled with the munchies big time. The only good thing was that I didn't have much in that I could go crazy on except white bread! Aargh. So basically I used 7 weeklies yesterday, which leaves me with 10 to cover lunch with a friend on weds and a sleepover on fri that I'm currently trying to get out of for a few reasons but also because these girls DRINK and you all know my fear of hangovers!

So I'm up stupidly early given I'm off work, but woke up with the boy and I want to get to Pilates for 10 and do C25k before that so reckon I should try to stay awake, get some breakfast and then go rather than nap and feel worse for it.

Today I'm gonna aim for an SF day which is gonna be tricky when I've got only a few weeklies left, but reckon I should manage ok. Might point it if it's looking under pp anyhow.

So plan for today:

B- asparagus and poached eggs (this is becoming a favourite)

S- Smoothie

L- roasted veg and bagel

T- ??? Possibly salmon with steamed veg or chicken, pasta and peas and cherry tons. We shall see.

Also aiming for pilates and c25k at gym, walking there and back (40 mins) and big house clean this afternoon, pretty active hey?

Oh I nodded off for a couple of hours so misses pilates! I'm still gonna do gym later though, not gonna get annoyed with myself bout missing the class cos one of my priorities is to catch up with my sleep and generally feel more refreshed.

Lol nodded off and missed Pilates! Pilates makes me nod off lol! I went to yoga before and thought it was boring. I'm pretty flexible and found it quite easy, but then I went to this quick yoga class (I'm sure it has a name) and I was sweating and loved it!

I never go to yoga or Pilates but probably should! It's great for strength and elongating muscles!

I'm not calling it boring.....Everyone is different....I'm just so quick energy and mad fast! So maybe a slowed down class be good for me!

I've tried it before and quite liked it but then had lots of stuff to do after work so kept missing classes!
I've got bored of cleaning now, so I'm off to gym. I feel bad though cos don't feel like I've really got much housework done. Still I've got a few weeks to do it. Bit at a time eh?

Don't feel bad! I spent the other day looking at cruises rather than going for a run!

I think catching up on sleep as a priority for the holidays is a very valid plan! Seriously, lack of sleep can have alot to answer for health-wise, so very sensible.

I should probably do more pilates/ yoga type stuff as I know my stomach muscles aren't very strong and my balance isn't that great but I always opt for the high energy stuff at the gym. I have some on DVD maybe I should try and incorporate that somewhere in the week.

So what is the plan for the rest of the week? When do the activities you volunteered to do start? Hopefully you have a week or so off beforehand so you can properly catch your breathe after the end of term.

Housework can wait, have some 'you' time and I agree, catching up on sleep is pretty important! I hope you enjoyed your gym workout :0)

Oooh I'm dead pleased with myself today, I got quite a lot of housework done (although I've still got loads left to do, it needs a BIG clean) I did 50 mins at gym and walked there and back and I've eaten really healthily! A gold star day!

My cute gym clothes arrived just in time for me to go to gym too, for the first time I felt comfortable in my clothes at the gym, I love the skapri, so getting another one and don't feel sweaty like in my normal leggings!
I went onto week 3 of c25k and running for 3 mins is hard! I can't imagine ever bring able to run for a full 20 mins, don't know how some of you guys do it!

So here is what I've eaten
