Do they do cookie dough in frozen yogurt??!! (please god no ...)
Beegee said:Thanks Val, hope you have a good one too x
Today has been good:
B: Yogurt, melon, pineapple, banana, grapes, strawberries
L: Jacket potatoes (1 normal, 1 sweet just to be unusual!), beans, sweetcorn, mushrooms, cheese (hexa). Plum. Yogurt.
Snack: Yogurt
D: SW Pizza - had a bit of a yen for this today, so WW Wrap (could tweak and make this a hexb - it does say they're high in fibre. If not, 5 syns), mozzarella (hexb), veg and pasata. SW Wedges. Alcohol free lager (1). Phish (5). I'm pleased with myself here as I quite fancied ordering a pizza this evening but I never seriously considered it because it's just not worth the syns. I'm more than happy with this as a substitute!
silly sausage said:*whispers* Aldi do a pretend B&J cookie dough ice cream too for £1.99.
*legs it*

How do I calculate the syns in ice cream please? The tub gives calories per 100ml instead of grams. Is it safe to say if I heap a tablespoon that would be 3 x 15ml? Then 20 cals per syn.
So Cheeky Monkey is 143 cals per 100ml. A big spoon would be about 4 syns? More?
Good news is that the fake B&J's is lower in calories. The cookie dough is only 124 cals per 100ml. Don't know how it compares taste wise. I managed to choke down some Cheeky Monkey for pudding tonight in the name of scientific research. Was very nice
(By the way, not at all thread highjacking.....What is this fake B+J's ? Is it any good ??? I dare say its cheaper!)
