Morning! Happy November everyone!!
Woot! STS today. So I start my November Challenge today, 1st Nov at 238lbs. Im going to move my goal to 230lb by thanksgiving. Its only fair.
Back on it and fully in the zone today. We have some haribo and a few treat sized choccy things in the house left over/that tabby got. Not even remotely interested in any of it. LOL.
Had my coffee and a babybel light to take my iron tablet. Tabby's 4th birthday is on the 10th (a week on sunday) and she wants a princess ariel cake where the ariel doll in in the middle and the cake is the dress. yeah. that. LOL. So i got a pyrex bowl but ive never maked a cake in one so i got a box of cake mix to test it out. im going to bake it today as a test cake and see how it comes out and whether i have to make another round cake to make it tall enough to fit the doll in etc etc. they girls can then have a slice of cake each and its going in the BIN. I hate hate hate to waste but the girls dont need it (after all the sweets they have!) and i dont need it hanging around.
Ive already taken down 2/3 of the halloween window decorations and cleaned those windows. I only have a bit left to do and its not even 9am yet. lol. Im full of LETS DO THIS SH!T today. hahahah.
So planned "days" off. Im having a nice, traditional (ish) meal on thanksgiving, completely with pumpkin pie, although i will make it crustless and with splenda instead of sugar. I will probably just have eggs for breakfast and a little quorn for lunch. Then my meal for dinner followed by pie. Left overs in the bin and straight on the day after. And I FULLY intend on having a (small) slice of tabby's actual birthday cake on her birthday. Because life IS for living after all. But I will not muck about stuffing my face all day. I will have nothing but quorn/eggs/protein all day. No packs. And a bit of cake in the evening. Then, a couple of slices will be saved for the girls to have the day after (its not a proper birthday unless your mom lets you have birthday cake for breakfast the day after!! lol) and the rest will go to my friend and her kids and/or in the bin. Then STRAIGHT back on all the way to christmas eve.

2x boiled eggs
Exante Vanilla shake (with a bit of cinnamon, yumm)
S&S Spag bol
Quorn with green beans, peppers and mushrooms and philly "sauce".
SF jelly
coffee, water.
