Right. I dug out an old Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVD and Ive done a 20 minute work out. Im going to try to do this daily. Its not vigorous or over the top at all but boy can I feel it in my muscles.
So far today Ive had AC porridge and an egg.
Feeling really good and really positive about everything today. lol.
No wonder Im craving comfort food. Its SNOWING.
