Just back from tesco. Have to go do my work out and then make lunch and then nap for the girls. Tabby is in a proper grump today! lol. Must be tired. I bought us each an advent calendar. Because its xmas and honestly...a teeny tiny little chocolate nugget every day wont make a blind bit of difference. Plus, its a family thing we do and its CHRISTMAS ffs. lol. anyway. Tabby got to choose hers (Thomas the Tank) and Zoe's (Mr Tumble). She took a lot of time and really considered her options and what Zoe would like best. It was really cute and quite grown up of her. So sweet. i cant believe she's 4! :D

Right. off to do stuff. :)
 
right. Thats my work out done for today. and my chili is cooling. and ive had an egg. and i had my porridge before i left this morning. so i still have 2 eggs and my bbq quorn tonight. :) Ive had 1L of water but have 2 more to go. So I need to have at least another 1L before nap time. lol.
 
Ha ha defo need an advent calendar!! I managed to convince my hubby that Eden wanted a hotel chocolat one!! Hee hee - bearing in mind that she's not on solids, so I guess I'll have to have it every day!! Ha ha!!

haha we each get one every year and Tabby LOVES to "help" everyone find their number for the day. And my Zoe was only just shy of 8 months last christmas so she even had one. lol.

I do this one. Theres a 1 Mile, 2 Mile and 3 mile (i think) and I am just doing the 1 mile right now. its 20 mins and perfect for me for now. Im going to start the 2 mile Wed/thursday. I have a few of her DVDs but this was the only one I could find :/ Its old but it works. LOL.

Scales are playing silly games with me now. 235.4 Pah! lol

So Ive had a shower and am all ready to go, even though I dont leave for another 1.5 hours! lol. Hubby was supposed to be getting ready and going to have a hair cut. The barbers is literally a 3 minute walk from our flat. And he's being lazy and not going now. That was the whole reason that i got ready so early. Whatever. He's such a dork.

Im off today with a friend and will be having lunch so Ive had an egg and Im having a cup of coffee and will try to get a litre of water in before i go.
 
Good luck not eating anything naughty at lunch, your willpower is much better than mine xx
 
Back and ended up at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Not ideal but I went for it. I had only an egg before I left. So I had a lot more freedom with that to choose.

I had a veggie (bean) burger. No chips. The smaller one. Ive plugged it all into MFP along with my milk (for the coffees I will have the rest of the day and my usual quorn and veg for dinner and my totals for today will be Cals 813 Carbs 75 so TOTALLY within my usual range. The carbs are a bit higher but as long as Im under 80 Im not terribly worried. Quite pleased with today. Got the girls a couple of toys for christmas (seriously. they are done now. I must stop buying! lol) and i got sorted for my bra. The fitting was so good. She was really knowledgeable. She didnt measure or anything. She just pulled and rearranged my current bra and gauged my size based on that...and then went out and came back with THE PERFECT SIZE :O So. Ive gone from a *drum roll*....

Yay! LOL. And. My jeans that I used to wear all the time when I first moved here fit. And theyre a tiny bit lose-ish in the waist (although not in the hips...because my hips are so slow to slim. UGH) Woot. Awesome day. :)

I also said "no thank you" to the girl handing out free samples of cinnamon and sugar soft pretzels....and "no thank you" to the girl handing out little christmasy chocs from Hotel Chocolat (!!!!!).


Off to get this water down now. How is everyone getting on?

Right. I dug out an old Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVD and Ive done a 20 minute work out. Im going to try to do this daily. Its not vigorous or over the top at all but boy can I feel it in my muscles. :D

So far today Ive had AC porridge and an egg.

Feeling really good and really positive about everything today. lol. :D

I have a couple of those - I should dig them out and use them.

Eh. It WAS my thanksgiving target....until I decided it wasnt enough of a challenge and changed it from 235 to 230, HA! I need to really focus and get there. :D

Ive felt crampy since yesterday. 2 weeks til TOTM is actually due. But that doesnt meant anything to my body. lol.

Just finished Dawn French's book - A Tiny Bit Marvelous. Fab! Really good :)

Nothing planned today, which is good as it is bloody freeeeezing! :( Poor hubby so so didnt want to leave the house for work today. I feel guilty sometimes.

Anyway.

No wonder Im craving comfort food. Its SNOWING.

Me, too --here anyway. When I lived in central New York snow meant skiing and I LOVED that. Here it just means hassles.

I've been crampy for two weeks but nothing, nada!! Very annoying!! Am happy to skip my totm but would rather not have the side effects!! Xx
 
Im up in Newcastle.

My TOTM isnt really supposed to be pestering me just yet. i should have another week of no womb-related pestering. but no. PMDD sucks. Trying to ignore it.

Oh well. I have to focus on my accomplishment thus far with the diet and everything else. And try to get past this. It will pass. :)

Had a crap day. Utterly crap. I had an AC porridge pack and a cheestring stick with my tablets this morning. And then the snow hit and something in my head flipped and all of a sudden i was baking a crustless pumpkin pie. LOL. and then i proceeded to eat said crustless pie (yes, all of it, save ONE of the 8 slices) throughout the rest of the day. I had nothing else, other than my quorn. And then about an hour ago...i peeled a few of the little chocolate sprouts (M&S have little nets of chocolate balls wrapped in foil to look like sprouts. utterly adorable and totally meant for my girls. NOT ME!!) and shoved those in my fat gob. followed by a huge tablespoon of left over betty crocker vanilla frosting. WHY IS THAT STILL IN THE FRIDGE ANYWAY? Oh the shame. *shrug* over it. Line drawn. And I shall sort myself out and be back on it 100% as of tomorrow. I hae plenty of things to look forward to but in the mean time I need to keep going. I thought about how awesome it felt to try on that bra yesterday....and have it fit. And How awesome it was to get into my jeans that I havent worn since mid 2005. and how awesome it was that my wedding dress was a tad loose. So back on it. forward. onward. downward. :)
 
My order of S & S shakes arrived today -- so, I had Blue Tortilla Chris with WW shredded Mexican Cheese for dinner. Full of carbs and fat -- but it was blue corn (as if that makes it better) and Weight Watchers' Cheese.

But tomorrow we'll be on it like a bonnet!

Those sprout chocolates sound cool -- but there isn't a M & S nearby.
