Well done getting back on it. You are so persistent and that will get you through. Just wondered whether you think that perhaps the success you are experiencing was a trigger for your eating the other day. When we start seeing numbers that we haven't seen for a while and fitting in clothes it can seem a bit scary and it's easy to sabotage ourselves, even though those events are what we have longed for and are so positive. Maybe not for you but it is a common one.

Oh they did. And it was very nice. lol. We slept for about 2.5 hours. I still feel like crap but I needed that sleep. I need more but that will have to wait. lol. ive had 2L of water today and 3 cups of coffee so far. I have another 1L of water here to sip. And a couple of coffees. I had my spag bol earlier and an egg when i got up. I still dont feel hungry. but i felt like I should make an effort to eat on plan today. The water seems to be...er..working at REALLY flushing out my system. I wont elaborate :/ hah ew.
My throat feels like I swallowed razors! lol. Yaaackkk.
