Thanks lovely. I feel less guilty/horrible/gutted when i have these sorts of days now...compared to when i first started the diet. I guess because I know now that, as you said, we all have these days...and it isnt the end of the world, so long as i regain control asap. lol

I think Ive gotten it out of my system. Roll on tomorrow. :) x

Anyway, after the bad bingey day yesterday i was only up a pound today....237.6. I was up a pound yesterday, randomly anway. So its actually up 2lbs for the week so far...but i will get that off. :D Im still hoping to see 234 or less this WI on Sunday. I cant see making my goal at this point but its ok. I just need to plod on and get the best result I can.

So yes...I have a pair of jeans as well. But...those are the smallest Ive ever worn as an adult and I can get them done up...but they dont fit properly, if that makes sense. Im still too big for them. Theyre too tight and as theyre (unfortunately) slightly slow-rise and my bum is too big...the pockets on the butt hit me halfway down my back of my thigh, despite having them done up. Not a good look. At all. haha. So ew. yeah. Im going towards getting into those, properly and then...I suppose I will have to get a NEW smallest size. :)

No plans for today other than to get myself sorted out and fully back into the game. FOCUS! And laundry, etc.

Just wondered whether you think that perhaps the success you are experiencing was a trigger for your eating the other day. When we start seeing numbers that we haven't seen for a while and fitting in clothes it can seem a bit scary and it's easy to sabotage ourselves, even though those events are what we have longed for and are so positive. Maybe not for you but it is a common one.

I totally agree and hadn't really thought about it until Lainey pointed it out to me a couple of weeks ago when I did the same thing.

It wouldnt be because its scary for me...it would be complacency but it isnt that. I had a burger when I went to lunch with my friend, rather than a salad and protein as I should have. When I have carbs...it triggers wanting more carbs. I know that. I usually try to fight against the cravings the following day. But yesterday, I just didnt. i started out planning to, and then it snowed and i gave in to my hormonal down feelings...and that was that. LOL. But today has been perfect. Although about 2 hours ago...or so...i realised that I seem to be coming down with a cold. Noooooooooooooooooooooo. :( My nose. My throat. My head. My eyes. No no no. :/

Im hoping it just goes away. But either way...I fully plan on sticking to my plan and trying to meet my goal. I have a week from tomorrow to get as close to 230 as possible. And Im damn well gonna give it all ive got. :)

238.0 - wtf? Dont care. I am full of cold today and feel like crap. Didnt get up to pee once last night and my jeans feel tighter. Definitely holding water. And that plus this cold = uuugh. I feel like utter yuckness. lol

Sticking to plan today. I really just want to go to bed. lol.

I loved your description on the "thigh pocket" jeans.. I have some of those, too.

I'm do tired on not fitting into most of my clothing --and what I can squeeze into is very uncomfortable. Sigh!

Thanks honey. Ive had the best part of 2L already today. Im going to aim for 4L...maybe 5 as it is still pretty early.

Im in a kinda weird place where I am coming to the bit where Im going to start being able to get into the smallest clothes I have within the next month or two (hopefully! argh!) and then I will have to buy new smaller stuff..but will still have quite a few sizes that I will work to get into below that. So I will constantly have very little in each size as I dont want to spend a crapload on a new wardrobe in each size. lol.

No appetite. But I should probably consider eating something at some point in the near-ish future. Maybe. Bleh. lol
 
Oh they did. And it was very nice. lol. We slept for about 2.5 hours. I still feel like crap but I needed that sleep. I need more but that will have to wait. lol. ive had 2L of water today and 3 cups of coffee so far. I have another 1L of water here to sip. And a couple of coffees. I had my spag bol earlier and an egg when i got up. I still dont feel hungry. but i felt like I should make an effort to eat on plan today. The water seems to be...er..working at REALLY flushing out my system. I wont elaborate :/ hah ew.

My throat feels like I swallowed razors! lol. Yaaackkk.

I'm glad you got some rest. Your symptoms don't sound nice at all. Glad the water is flushing your system -- it might carry some germs away!
 
Ugh. I feel like crap. Im totally expecting to have gained 5lbs tomorrow just out of pure snot retention...nevermind water! ugh.

off to bed to try to get some sleep although i have a runny, yet stuffy nose....my ears are popping and clicking and my eyes burn and are watering. total head cold. totally unfun. but my food was spot on today. although i only had 2 eggs, as opposed to the 3 i had planned.

hubby and i made a few lists of what sorts of things we will need as extras next month. we are still saving/budgeting/planning to move back to the states at some point (as soon as is feasible) so its good to know what our outgoings will be, roughly and see if there is anyway that we can limit or reduce them. our christmas shopping is done, which is great. well, the gifts for our girls are sorted. we still have a few family members and friends to get for...and the tree...and wrapping supplies etc. plus the extra on the food shopping bill. so we just planned that and tried to get a rough idea of whats going on :) it was (i know im weird) fun and im so excited for the holidays now. i cant believe Thanksgivng is a week from today! Hubby is working Monday so he has Thursday off and we can have a nice day together, at home with the girls and chillaxing and food. :D

anyway. im babbling :D

ive planned my food for tomorrow on MFP and am now off to bed. With my stuffy head and drippy nose and other cold-related yuck. boo.

I feel like utter crap. I just had my AC porridge and it actually burned my throat. wtf? Ughhh.

Ive had a cheese string and a boiled egg because I was thisclose to blowing it for the day with scrambled eggs and cheese on toast. But I didnt. I resisted. Somehow. Probably partly because I couldnt really be bothered to actually make it. lol.

2L of water done. 2L to go.
