BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

oooo, that is exciting! I guessed wrong and ended up with a nephew (he's 2 now!) but as long as they are healthy that's all that really matters :). Are you already an auntie or is this the first? x
 
When you did your 2 mile walk how did you know how many calories you burned? When I did the 3 fast mile my pedometer told me I had only burned 152 cals and from reading her website it said it should be about 100 cals per mile.

Today's food diary

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash ~ 8 cal

Lunch cheese and bacon jacket potato with salad and salad cream ~ 350 cal

Dinner tomato, mushroom, onion and cheese omelet ~ 215 cal

Snacks Pate and crackers, j20, Pom bear bag and GF cookie ~ 731 cal

Total ~ 1,304 calories

It has been too hot to do my Leslie walk today :( but walked around with my friend so hoping to of burnt at least 100 calories x

The comments have been taken from the fast 3 mile one but was surprised how low my pedometer measured it at.
 
At least you still got some exercise in. Luckily it has cooled down a bit up here. Although it is apparently set to get a whole lot warmer next week apparently. I really do not handle the heat well!!

It is just so muggy here and we have had thunder all night again. I like the warm weather but struggle if it is too hot and stuffy as it sets off my asthma x
