It really depends on the amount of activity you're doing and how dizzy you feel. My workout is 50min cardio, 20min strength and then I add, sometimes, situps, calf lifts, etc. I do that 4-5x per week and since I'm on ss 100%, my CDC was concerned that on the days I work out my calorie expenditure was approx 400 against a calorie intake of 500. The added protein is so that my body won't start using my muscles for energy.

Thanks for your advice. I see my CDC again on Monday so will ask her then. I feel much better today. It was probably just a lack of sleep and too much running around. I've been to the gym a few times and according to the machines I was using about 350 cals per session. The first time I felt ok just really hungry, last time I really struggled doing easy stuff and had to get Steve to drive home!

Ah good, glad you've taken the step. It gets easier very soon! I'm starting to feel bad about the first weigh in, I don't want to be disappointed if I only lose 1lb this week. It is my TOTM though so I'm trying to prepare for a short loss. Keep us posted and good luck! X
 
Well that's 13 days done with no slips! Feeling very proud, only 57 more days to go! Lol!

At this point I'm not sure if I want to do a full 12 weeks instead of 10. I think I will but don't want to commit to it this early as it might set my motivation back thinking about how long I have left. Whenever I've felt hungry at work and considered eating some protein I've spent so long worrying by the time I get home I feel guilty enough to completely bypass the kitchen and go to bed! Haha.

Can't wait to try the bars next week. Chewing. I've missed you! :D

2 whole weeks. :D just had apple and cinnamon porridge for tea and twas lovely!

Banana mousse for breakfast... It was very solid when I took it out of the fridge. Maybe because I used my chopper mixer instead of a whisk. :/ I'll try again with a whisk and see if I can get it a bit fluffier. Also, going to try strawberry or chocolate.

When I make the moose I use 1 and a bit spoons the gelatine powder and 250ml of water x I use my hand blender aswell and bang the air bubble out before putting in the fridge :)

Oh god... I've just had half a mini cheese pie in the microwave before I yanked the door open and threw it in the bin!!!! Really hungry today :(

Glad I'm going to the gym in a bit. I need to get away from the kitchen.

I'm not going to see my CDC until Tuesday because she is working on Monday and when I got my food i got confused and am 3 packets short. Rather than go and pick up another 3, I've decided to just have a little protein for a meal every few days instead of one shake so I have enough for Monday as well.

I had a medium boiled egg and a stick of celery. (approx 80 calories) This afternoon and on Monday night but after today I just feel really guilty and it's messing with my motivation!!!

Grrr... I think for my last one and I'm to save 1/3 from three of my bars so I don't have to eat food again.

Annoyed with myself now :(

Frankly, I can't afford it. It's £40 per week as it is. I'm just going to persevere.

I don't think I'm really hungry its just psychological because I've had "real" food. This is why normal diets don't work for me. :(

I feel better now I've been to the gym, burned off 330 cals so feeling less guilty, will go again tomorrow and Friday.
