Cas's weightloss diary x

To be faiR they are meant to be ridiculously high I guess otherwise we'd have them all the time lol I thought we were just lucky :) I really just need my weeklies for a Fri, a few on a Sunday as my Sunday dinner I worked out to about 19pp then maybe just a couple in the week. Lookin forward to wi, I know this week is just really 5 days but I hope to get below 16.5 I'm desperate to get into the 15's x
 
Well been up since 6.30 cudnt sleep so popped over to the next sale it was rubbish wished I stayed in bed! manage to get few things 2 tops for Maisie, cardigan and jumper type dress for Hollie spent 11 quid!

I looked at a few tops for myself but didnt know wot size to buy! rather wait to ive lost bit more weight, planning on a big shopping spree then.

Breakfast

Lunch
ww soup and toast 8pp

Dinner
chicken curry rice naan bread 40pp

Snack
2 cereal bars 4 pp

The weather is making me struggle I been good so far im uping my game!I only had 11.5lbs to lose by xmas but want to lose an extra 5lbs on top of that!

You can get 16.5lbs off if you keep being good :)
 
Hope your kids slept well for you when the eventually fell asleep, callum walked in our room again last night at 2.30am and got in our bed, im going to have to put a stop to that, but think I'll wait to upset him until after zante because he will prob be in with us there.x
 
The lo's went to bed about 9ish last nite, Maisie (my 2 yr old) did the same thing as Callcum walked into our rm and climbed into our bed around 2, she's been doing that over last mth,but, not every night before hand, she use to sleep from 7.30-9am. Its probably best to wait till after ur holiday to get him out the habit.

Been really active today lots of walking over 2hrs! and lots of housework as I had my friend came over with her lo's.
